Welcome to Casa del Fattore, an exquisite 8-bedroom retreat nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside near the historic town of Lucca. Once a farmhouse on the esteemed Controni family estate, this beautifully restored villa is surrounded by tranquil olive groves and expansive gardens.
Outside, a lush garden awaits, featuring a stunning pool and a spacious outdoor dining area shaded by a trellis draped with blooming roses. Here, guests can enjoy alfresco dining with a barbecue area that comfortably accommodates up to 22 people. Indoors, the villa combines rustic charm with modern elegance, boasting a dining room, a cozy lounge with windows opening to a winter garden conservatory, a TV-equipped living room, a fully appointed kitchen, a laundry room, and a fitness space. Each of the eight stylish bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a safe, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.
The villa retains its authentic Tuscan character with beamed wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, and a fully equipped traditional kitchen. Meanwhile, it also offers modern luxuries like satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a centralized music system. Each detail has been thoughtfully curated to make your experience unforgettable.
On the upper levels, you’ll find the villa’s splendid bedrooms: six with king-sized beds, one with a French bed, and another with twin beds (convertible into a double if needed). All bathrooms are fitted with showers, and select rooms can accommodate an extra bed, bringing the villa’s maximum capacity to 19 guests. Each bedroom provides sweeping views of the surrounding orchards, olive groves, and the glistening pool, with three rooms offering panoramic vistas from three sides of the property—a breathtaking experience unique to this haven of peace and beauty.
