One Time:
• Round Trip Airport Transfers - 1 complimentary round trip transfer to from Cancun airport or 1 complimentary one way transfer from Tulum airport (return at an additoinal cost) for bookings 4 nights or more ***In case of multiple terminal pick ups, this can be accommodated with a $50 fee.

NEED TO KNOW:

• Chef service is family style, where guests choose a menu for everyone. If any guests have allergies or food restrictions, the Chefs require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance to make adjustments
• All guests will need to provide a copy of their ID prior to arrival

• Christmas and NYE holidays: Saturday to Saturday bookings only (7 nights minimum stay)
• Maximum occupancy: 22 adults
• Events accepted – there is a $6,000 USD event fee applicable. Please inquire for a full quote.
• Check-in at 3 pm, check at 11 am
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10 pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
