The ten-person dining area and expansive terrace and lush garden offer guests the unique opportunity for entertaining. Gather your group for an evening in together and enjoy a movie or sporting event on the large outdoor projection TV or on the in-house theatre’s 80” flat screen TV.
The outdoor area consists of a large modern pool, a heated jacuzzi, dining area and a beautiful, large back garden. Several Australian style sunshades will allow you to lounge comfortably by the pool on your chaise lounge or hammock. Come inside and cool down while you play a game of pool or unwind in one of the bright and spacious living areas.
You won’t ever have to leave your villa as you can spend your days enjoying the features that this property offers. However, if you do wish to explore more of the surrounding resort, Casa de Campo has a wide range of amenities and activities to suit everyone in your group.

Punta Minitas 5 is nestled in the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort and Villas on the south-eastern shore of the Dominican Republic. The private resort is embedded across 7,000 acres of land and includes a variety of leisurely amenities for you to use at your fingertips.
This oceanfront community provides you with a very tranquil and peaceful vacation as well as a luxury villa for you to indulge in. The villa is also close by to the resorts Marina, the powdery shore of Minitas Beach, and Altos de Chavon – an artist’s village.
The Dominican Republic is the second largest and most diverse Caribbean country. It is renowned for its comfortable climate and vivacious tropical vegetation. Casa de Campo is located on the beautiful south-eastern shores of the Dominican Republic, next to the town of La Romana. The Villa is situated just over 70 miles from the capital city of Santo Domingo, the oldest most culturally enriched city in the new world. The villa is approximately a fifteen-minute drive from the La Romana Airport (8km). It is based near the tennis centre that is easily accessible with a golf cart. The shooting centre and hotel are also in close proximity.

Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.
