Located right on the beach in the famed Papaya Playa Project Resort in Tulum, Mexico, this is your very own private paradise. Casa Coco is home to five bedrooms, each of which has its own spacious en suite bathrooms and cloud-like king-sized beds. The master bedroom also has one-of-a-kind ocean views. Every room is equipped with air conditioning and has Wi-Fi access.

This Mexican home is decorated in a traditional style. The villa adopts the Mayan building technique known as “chukum”, to cool the interiors. The name is derived from a tree with the same name. The chic yet simple design is complemented with woven roofs, ceiling beams, and lush greenery dotted around the home. The light colors of this villa give it a calming feel and allow the tropical foliage and endless blue sea to stand out.

Casa Coco has a fully equipped kitchen for any Masterchef looking to cook up a storm. If you prefer, our wonderful concierge team can organize a cook or chef to prepare food for you. They are passionate about cooking and have some unique Mexican dishes to tantalize your tastebuds.

The dining room area features a large wooden dining table, perfect for any occasion. This space opens out onto the terrace through double glass doors and lets guests enjoy the magnificent vista while enjoying the meals. To the right of this area is a "Chill Out" spot which is lovely to sit and chat, read a book, or close your eyes for a brief "Siesta".

Moving outdoors onto the Casa’s main terrace, a large, crystal-clear pool looks out over the ocean. Cool down with a refreshing dip, or when the need for a sea swim arises, the beach is just moments away. Sit on an oversized beanbag or comfy chaise on the veranda or walk the few steps down onto the white sandy beach and wander along the endless Mexican coastline before returning to soak up the sun on a beach lounge chair.

Casa Coco is located on a stunning beach in Tulum, Riviera Maya, which is one of the best places to visit in Mexico. This area has something for everyone. The villa's incredible location also gives guests full access to the Papaya Playa Project Resort, which is an incredible amenity.
