Welcome to Casa Cenote, an exclusive five-bedroom Villa located in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, only minutes from the beautiful Marina. Casa Cenote is also within walking distance of the gorgeous beach. This 4,000 square foot oasis mixes natural elements and colours with modern elegance to make this Villa the ideal destination for you to spend time with your loved ones.

Casa Cenote is home to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to a full bathroom, many of which are ensuite, with the two rooms on the upper level sharing a bathroom. The design of the bedrooms allows them to blend in with the rest of the property. The décor of Casa Cenote is a relaxing mix of calm nature and rustic Mexican that results in a more modern yet elegant feel. The colour palette is mainly neutral with many wooden accents as well as plants and unique pieces of artwork throughout the Villa.

Due to the Casa being built around a cenote, there is an intricate freshwater system that flows beneath the Villa which has been highlighted and is a unique feature that has made a gorgeous centrepiece.

The kitchen at Casa Cenote is equipped with everything you could need to make your favourite food. It has light stone countertops with wooden finishings as well as beautifully woven hanging lights. Additionally, there is a kitchen island that separates the cooking and dining areas, which doubles as a lovely place to enjoy a quick snack or a casual breakfast as the sun streams through the nearby windows. Right next to this, you will find the indoor dining area, which looks out onto the garden patio.

If you continue around the corner, the tv room is a delightful spot to relax. A long corner couch faces a large flatscreen television. Here you can enjoy a fun family game night around the coffee table or convince everyone to watch your favourite movie with you as you stay up chatting with your loved ones late into the night. There are two living rooms in the Casa, so if you can’t decide on which movie to watch, no need to worry, there is plenty of space for everyone.

The pride and joy of Casa Cenote is the exterior living area. Outdoors you will find a stunning rooftop terrace complete with a bar and a hot tub that has the most spectacular panoramic views as well as a palapa space where you can just relax and lounge about or maybe partake in a group activity such as sunrise yoga or meditation. Then back on the ground floor, you have the Villas long pool, perfect for swimming lengths or for taking a break from the hot Mexican sun. A line of sun loungers and umbrellas border the pool giving guests ample space to relax whether in the sun or the shade. To one side of the garden area is the shaded state-of-the-art barbeque with a casual alfresco dining set-up. Of course, one of the key features is the firepit, which is a great place to relax and to curl up, all while having chats long into the night with your loved ones.

Casa Cenote is located in the Riviera Maya, one of the best places to visit in Mexico and an incredible vacation destination known all around the world. There is no shortage of fun to be had here, from relaxing at the beach or by the pool to learning about the local history and culture, there are so many ways to spend your days. Within walking distance, you will find many aquatic adventures such as Catamaran experiences, spearfishing, and sport fishing excursions.
