This villa is located in a beautiful area offering both privacy and peace while being a short distance to all aspects necessary for a wonderful vacation. The beaches in this area are long and covered in white sand, perfect for a day of relaxing and catching up on your favourite book. Spend time with your family and loved ones out by the gorgeous pool this property boasts. The pool area is equipped with an expansive pool, a deck, sun loungers, and an outdoor eating area, as well as a BBQ area. Spend evenings basking in the sun and take a dip in the pool to finish off the perfect day.

Step inside the villa and be greeted by chic luxury finishes and comfortable furniture. This brand-new villa includes clean lines and soft finishes, completing the luxury aspect of the interior. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for cooking a wonderful meal for your family. Meals can also be prepared for you in Casa Capriolo if requested.

Both bedrooms in this villa are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable and luxurious with a rustic style. Enjoy waking up to bliss in the Caribbean after a wonderful night’s sleep. Each bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom which includes a shower and a vanity area. The rooms are also equipped with AC making them as comfortable as possible. The villa also provides bath and pool towels along with linens. These can be replaced as often as you wish, keeping the villa fresh and clean.

This villa also includes the luxury of your own staff. They will make your vacation even more wonderful and will attend to your every need. The staff includes a housekeeper, a pool person, and a property manager who is on call whenever you need. Housekeeping can service your villa when you wish (excluding Sundays and holidays) and will keep it in immaculate condition meaning you will not have to lift a finger for the duration of your trip.

You can enjoy a relaxing day basking in the sun, or if you wish to stay more active, enjoy the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. The two-mile beach of white sand is ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or snorkelling.

Location:
The French Lowlands or Terres Basses are a neighbourhood of million-dollar estates, build on the rolling hills of St. Martin's westernmost region. From here you can enjoy the luxury of your villa as well as the incredible views of the surrounding area.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded and have public parking. Neither beach is ever crowded and is an ideal place for a day of relaxing or a day of beach fun with your family and friends. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs and two fiercely competing beach bars are providing chairs and umbrellas, food, and drink. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the lagoon or the ocean, or both.

By car, it's about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport, making your villa easily accessible.
