Your stay at Casa Cantarena begins with our Villa Manager arranging all the details of the vacation you envision. Everything from reservation, excursions, and activities can also all be arranged by the Exceptional Villas Concierge Team. They will be on hand from the minute you book your vacation to ensure all your vacation details are taken care of. After the airport transfer from Cancun, the Villa Manager, chef, and butler continue the personalized service throughout.

Spend your days relaxing on the deck lounge area or beach-side beds, splashing in the chlorine-free pool, or playing with the provided beach toys. For a more adventurous day, you can explore the lagoon with kayaks and snorkeling equipment. The great room in Casa Cantarena, which runs parallel to the pool and beach, boasts high ceilings with an exposed thatch that opens to the deck via a series of fold-away doors. Low-slung white sectionals make the sitting area inviting and provide an ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee and admire the incredible view of the blue ocean. Four bedrooms are offered at Casa Cantarena. Each bedroom has an en suite as well as air conditioning. This provides each guest with privacy and comfort in their own space. If you wish to relax in peace and quiet, your room will be a wonderful escape for you. There are three rooms offering king-size beds and one room with two double beds. All rooms boast the most luxurious and comfortable furnishings, making your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Soft shades of sand, coral, and turquoise make the bedrooms feel serene, while showers clad in stone and wood give the bathrooms a spa-worthy vibe.

It’s a short three miles to the Mayan arch entrance to the Sian Ka’an reserve, seventeen miles to cave adventures at Cenote Aktun Chen, and forty miles to the main Riviera Maya resort area. If you’d like to explore the region’s other beaches, head to Barceló Maya Beach, 25 miles away, or Catalonia Yucatan Beach, 27 miles away. You have such a variety of activities and locations to see, there is something for all family and friends in your group to enjoy.

For golf enthusiasts, this home is ideal as Campo de Golf Puerto Aventuras is just a short 26 miles away. Spend your days out on the green, or if golf isn’t your game, you can also enjoy a game of tennis at a court about 27 miles away. These are a great way to stay active and soak up the warm Caribbean sun.

From Casa Canterena, you can explore the surrounding area of the Riviera Maya. Spend your days along with the beachfront location or explore the wonderful Tulum. You have so many choices of what to do you will never grow bored.

***Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.

It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.
