Casa Calma is an organic villa where art and crafts go hand in hand, with unique pieces from Mexico and Spain, but also from the Dominican Caribbean, India, or Morocco. Whether with family or friends, you will find everything you need to enjoy, relax, and recharge your batteries in this unique and surprising two-story villa that has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three of them with beautiful terraces, all surrounded by vegetation and natural light. En-suite bathrooms are equipped with Luxury Frederic Malle bathroom amenities.

Each room in the villa is a haven for its guests. Offering privacy and peace, the rooms are a wonderful place to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring the Dominican coastline.

Treat yourself and enjoy all the advantages of its spacious double-view living room, the interior patio with whispering water fountains, and the lush garden of coconut trees and oaks with an open panoramic view of the golf course and the swimming pool.

The second floor of Casa Calma has a wonderful and comfortable workspace and study area. If you need to take work with you on your vacation, you can do so here. There is a large two-seater desk and a library with a magnificent collection of books and a large chaise longue sofa in front of an 80-inch television. There is high-speed Wi-Fi in every corner of the house. Musical home automation through the home's Wi-Fi is controllable from the phone with high-quality speakers in the main social areas of the house, swimming pool, gazebo, living room, interior garden, porch, and terrace.

Outdoor Casa Calma has absolutely everything you could need to spend the most spectacular day with your loved ones, with beautifully manicured garden areas and plants that surround you in all spaces. Take a morning swim in the west-facing infinity pool that receives sunlight throughout the day, enjoy the sunset from a submerged bench facing the sunset, swim in a 55-foot channel, and then lounge on one of the six loungers in the sun or on one of the three water loungers.

Enjoy reading under the palapa or dine in the large barbecue area (which has three barbecues for delicious paellas or gas or charcoal grills) with a bar and outdoor dining table. Delight in four dining areas; a 10-seater indoor dining room, a dining room on the 10-seater porch open to the American kitchen, a 10-seater high barbecue table, or four-seater tables, each next to the fountains in the interior patio. The kitchen is also equipped with an ice machine and wine cooler.

There are also four comfortable seating areas to choose from on the property. Here you can relax or chat with loved ones. There is a double-height ceiling lounge, a palapa next to the pool, a large porch, and a spectacular 393-square-foot upper terrace with views of the golf, sunset, and lakes. All these spaces are equipped with elegant and comfortable furniture with sofas and chaise lounges. A massage bed is available too.

Recently opened in June 2021, this incredible property is incredibly luxurious and offers an eco-friendly spirit. Its outdoor and indoor areas blend harmoniously into a single space of relaxation and calm. All your guests can enjoy a wonderful vacation in paradise in each other’s company under the warm sun.

Another renovation in 2022 has seen the addition of a saltwater pool that revitalizes and reduces skin dryness. There is no chlorine, no irritation, and no redness.
