This villa sleeps up to twelve guests and is a luxury oasis perfect for all types of vacations.

Casa Bautista has been expertly developed in a sustainable way and incorporates the surrounding nature in its design. The large open-plan spaces allow the outdoors to blend seamlessly with the interior, adding to the vacation feel. The villa is mainly made with warm wood panelling and smooth concrete, which complement each other beautifully, and splashes of colour in the form of throw pillows and furniture add a Mexican vibe. This Casa won a décor award in 2020.

Bautista is home to four main bedrooms as well as a studio. The master bedroom is truly magnificent with two private terraces, ideal for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet, as well as an en suite bathroom that has its very own private hot tub; no need to share. The studio then comes with a double sofa bed, large flatscreen television, and a private entrance, absolutely perfect for guests who would like a little added privacy.

In the main living area on the lower level, you will find the state-of-the-art kitchen. It is fully equipped and has a large breakfast bar where you can enjoy the delicious breakfasts we bring to you each morning. For an additional cost, you can even have your very own dedicated chef; this service really adds to the vacation.

Continuing past this kitchen, the main dining arrangement sits beneath an intricately woven decorative light. The round dining table can comfortably seat all guests, and the room offers delightful views of the lush green palm trees all around. Adjacent to this is a great spot to unwind as a group. A collection of super comfortable couches and chairs surround a coffee table and are complete with light green throw pillows that match the shade of the potted plants distributed all around the villa. This is a lovely place to enjoy a conversation with loved ones or curl up with a book and a cup of coffee made exactly how you like it as you watch the sunrise above the treeline.

This entire area is connected to a long terrace on two sides. Here you will find a hot tub level with a warm wood floor, along with an array of seating options from hanging egg chairs to sunbeds and regular comfortable chaises. Walk down a short set of stairs from the terrace, and you are already on the sand, with the sea less than 30 meters away. Then if you wander up the central spiral staircase, you will come to the roof terrace, which is complete with a large pool and an additional bathroom. Upon the roof is a wonderful place to be at any time of day or night. Take part in some sunrise yoga, sunbathe after a refreshing dip in the pool, or gaze at the stars above while you sip on a chilled glass of wine and chat away with your best friend. This villa offers so many options that you will never be short of things to do.

Casa Bautista is located in Tulum, Riviera Maya. It is one of the best places to visit in Mexico, and it is in the Sian Ka’an biosphere. Bautista is a private villa very close to civilization, with Tulum Gate only a short 3km care journey away.
