Welcome to Casa Aventura, a luxury 6-bedroom Villa situated in the Conchas Chinas neighbourhood in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This Villa can house up to twelve guests and is the ideal size for you and your loved ones to enjoy time together and make up for the busy times back at home. This multi-level home with ample terraces overlooking the green of the foliage surrounding it, the hills and the intense blue sea will make you forget that you were ever tired or stressed. It was built with comfort and relaxation at the top of the mind.
This beautiful Casa is decorated in an eclectic fashion with Mexican overtones. The use of wood, stone and natural textures combined with a multitude of big windows and doors, which allow the daylight to flow uninterrupted into its core, makes this property welcoming and cosy. The Villa holds an art collection that is a mixture of contemporary Mexican styles. The rooms beautifully flow from one to another and continue out seamlessly onto the main terrace and large pool.
Aventura has plenty of space for everyone with six expansive bedrooms all with their own dedicated bathroom. The Master bedroom has been given the name Vista Del Leon and it is very fitting. This suite is at the very top of the Villa giving it the best panoramic views of the world below, you can step out onto your private terrace to admire the jungle and look out over the Banderas Bay. Or watch your favourite movie on your very own 60-inch flatscreen, smart television.
Then the two bedrooms, Estrellas de Oro and Los Arcos are connected by large double doors that can be left open or shut and locked to give you two completely separated rooms. Estrellas de Oro has been decorated in an old-world Mexico style which gold tones. Los Arcos has been designed around arches which are prominent in Spanish architecture. Enter into Los Arcos through an arched doorway and let your eye wander first to the beautiful canvas of arches to one side of the room and then to the archways wrapped in wisteria just outside.
Cerulean is the fourth bedroom and is ideal for children, teenagers or friends, with two twin beds that can be combined to make one king bed upon request. The colour scheme has many hues of blue, with even the shower being tiles in deep blue tiles. This suite has its very own private terrace overlooking the endless blue sea in the Bay. Come out here for some peace and quiet with a book and your beverage of choice as you soak up the hot sun.
The next bedroom is Presagio which translates to an omen, a phenomenon that foretells the future. It has been decorated with many touches of green, which is a calming and restful colour and in this case compliments the paintings showing tropical nymphs bringing good luck to our twenty first century world. Continue out onto your private terrace and take in the lush green jungle below and the nearby blue sea, this is a wonderful place to enjoy some “me-time”. The room also has a large flat screen television perfect for catching up on all he latest episodes of your favourite new TV show.
Last but definitely not least we have Fuegos De Noche, the sixth bedroom at this one-of-a-kind Villa. This room elegantly incorporates a mix of different blues and greens into its design and is absolutely magnificent. It also has its own private terrace where you get too experience a special viewing of the fireworks from the local hotels, and no to night s are ever the same. The en suite bathroom in this suite is complete with a large bathtub with a spectacular view out a window of the jungle and bay below, unwind in this tub after a fun day exploring.
Casa Aventura is extremely well designed and has no shortage of social areas. The fiesta room is a large open space with many large floor to ceiling doors that open to connect it to the main outdoor veranda. This room features a white tiled bar in one corner where you can produce any drink you desire. The warm wood cupboards behind are well stocked and there are dark wood bar stools with deep green velvet cushions. Then in the centre we have a coffee table with many comfortable armchairs and a couch, the warm wicker of the chairs is complimented by the bright orange cushions. On the far side of the space is a smaller seating set up with a round table as well as a collection of chairs This room is where so much of the fun is to be had as it lives up to its name.
Then moving onto the main living area of this Villa, we find another large open plan space which has large glass sliding doors that connect it to the pool terrace. Just to one side inside the door is a bar style table with wooden bar stools with patterned red cushions, beside an actual bar where you can whip up some drinks to complement whatever you may be having for dinner. To other side as you enter from outside is a more for a dining set up with a round glass table and tub style chairs, all below an ornate chandelier. If you walk up a couple of steps there is a casual seating area with two large white armchairs and a super comfortable white sofa surrounding a coffee table on a Persian style rug. Sip a cup of coffee or tea with a group of your loved ones as you chat about the latest news.
Casa Aventura is also home to a smaller sitting room that opens on t a private veranda with spectacular views. Here you can sit on the olive-green couch and chill for a little while or admire some of the amazing artwork hanging on the walls around.
Unusually this Casa sports two large outdoor terraces. The upper terrace is on the main living floor, and has a large, heated swimming pool that is made with deep blue tiles. It is surrounded by many oversized loungers in the sun and shade where you can chat with friends or take a mid-day siesta in the heat. This terrace is complete with a variety of vibrant green lants around the sides providing some added privacy and shade. The lower terrace is where you will find the Villas twelve-person hot tub that matches the pool with the deep blue tiling. Here there are even more sun loungers so you can pick a different spot for sunbathing each day. Between both main terraces, and the many private ones there are many places to relax and unwind and appreciate alfresco dining.
