Originally built by media entrepreneur Joe Francis based on the designs of award-winning architect Jaime Barba and world-famous interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Casa Aramara was completely renovated in 2019. New life has been breathed into this stunning property, with modern technology installed to complement and enhance an already stunning building. Casa Aramara has hosted many of the world’s rich and famous, catering to those who expect only the utmost in luxury accommodation while still seeking privacy and solace from a hectic life elsewhere.

Landscaped gardens and mature palm trees frame the picturesque beach that is just mere footsteps away from the villa; a wide-sweeping terrace sits between them, with sun loungers arranged artfully around the edges of the two swimming pools and adjacent elevated hot tub that the terrace loops around. Guests may bask in the sun, lounge in style with the grandeur of the Pacific laid out before them, or even just enjoy bathing in the cooling waters of the pools. The option of heating the water is also available for fans of evening or nighttime swimming under the stars. A multitude of lounge areas are available for all to stretch and spread out, with ample space to enjoy together or wander around; enjoy a game of tennis on the court that sits beside the villa or take a stroll on the silken sands of the beach.

The interior is a rich cavalcade of colour, inspired by the vibrant hues of the outdoors; the great room blends indoor and outdoor living seamlessly with the help of tall, retractable glass panes, expanding the lounge area out onto the terrace. Filled with plush couches, chairs, and tables all sitting beneath a cavernous ceiling, even at capacity the villa is expansive and generous in size, the ideal setting for an evening of entertainment. A separate media room, containing a widescreen TV, Playstation 4, sound system, dartboard, pool table, and well-stocked shelves of books ensure that no one in the villa will be short of amusement and enjoying a spot of downtime.

Casa Aramara contains a large fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and in the more than capable hands of two 5-star chefs, each meal prepared will be as much a feast for the eyes as for your palate. A magnificent dining table made of a large timber slab, sitting atop wide wood logs that maintain their organic texture, has seating for twenty, suitable for any size of feast that may be asked of it. Should the whim to dine al fresco arise, an equally stellar wood-hewn table awaits outside on the terrace to accommodate, beneath a thatched pagoda; the salt breeze of the ocean will add to the richly flavoured food as lanterns provide ambient lighting to spark an intimate setting.

Twelve luxurious bedrooms are to be found in Casa Aramara, all with en-suite bathrooms that are palatially furnished; deep, full-sized bathtubs that are perfect for a long soak, and spacious standalone walk-in showers for a rejuvenating and refreshing cleanse, either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The softest of Egyptian cotton sheets are used on the beds and bedding, so that sinking into the sheets at the end of a day of fun and frolics will always be a joy. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to acclimatize to the comfort of the guests. All rooms are also afforded widescreen TVs with a DVD/Blu-Ray player, as well as smartphone docks to connect their devices to; in addition to this, a fully stocked mini-bar with complimentary snacks and beverages are to be found in each room.

Guests may call for a member of staff for their assistance with anything, at any time, and in any part of the house, thanks to the Anything™ Button, installed on your phone for the duration of your stay.
