Casa Alba is nestled within a gated enclave of the ultra-chic Puerto Los Cabos resort, one of the newest and most exclusive communities on the Baja Peninsula. Just minutes from the quiet charm of San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos enjoys a beautiful, peaceful setting, ideal for those seeking a relaxing, very private vacation experience.

"Alba" means dawn in both Italian and Spanish, symbolizing new beginnings, light, and serenity, which reflects the experience enjoyed by guests of the villa. The name also derives from the Latin word for white, echoing the light-colored, Mediterranean aesthetic and peaceful ambiance of the home.

During your stay at this elegant villa, you also have access to the services and amenities available at the exclusive Fundadores Beach Club.

The interiors embody understated luxury. No expense has been spared, with the bespoke kitchen and bar designed and built in Italy, and the stylish furniture and lighting also sourced from Europe. Combined with the architecture, the result is a distinct vibe unlike most other properties in the area.

All bedrooms feature crisp white linens, tastefully complemented by cushions and throws in earthy tones of orange and green. Three of the bedrooms have King beds (1, 2, and 3), bedroom 4 offers a modern take on the bunk bed (single and double beds), bedroom 5 has a Queen bed, and the garden room (bedroom 6) includes two Queen beds. All offer newly fitted bathrooms, with bedrooms 1, 3, and 5 also featuring outdoor showers.

For your added comfort, each bedroom includes a digital TV, bedside charging stations, Alexa speakers, and an in-room safe.

The open-concept living and dining area makes the most of the stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The layout of Casa Alba promotes an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. While zoned air conditioning runs throughout the villa, guests can also slide back the floor-to-ceiling windows and let the refreshing sea breeze blow through the house. Grab a yoga mat and head out to the terrace for salutations as the sun comes up.

Feeling sociable? Prepare pre-dinner drinks at the in-house bar, complete with a wine fridge and icemaker, while streaming your favorite playlist across the Sonos system. Then dine at Casa Alba’s large, circular table seating 12, with meals prepared in the spacious gourmet kitchen, fitted with a Bosch cooktop and Miele fridge, dishwasher, and multi-function ovens. Step into the walk-in pantry to find a Samsung Smart fridge & freezer, water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, blender, air fryer, and even an ice-cream maker. (Private chef available on request for an additional cost.)

The entertaining space extends outdoors onto the expansive terrace, where you’ll find another 12-seater table next to the outdoor kitchen, complete with a Wolf gas grill and sink. Enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, or lounge in one of the chairs shaded by large beach umbrellas. Play ping pong or foosball at the house, then relax in the shaded seating area with a glass of rosé or gather around the fire pit for sundowners before heading to the media room to watch a movie.

Note: the entertaining space, bedrooms 3, 4, and 5, and pool/outdoor dining area are all wheelchair accessible.

As guests of Casa Alba, you have access to the Fundadores private beach-front club. Just a 5-minute stroll or quick ride in the golf cart, you can work out in the spacious, air-conditioned gym, lounge poolside with a cocktail or smoothie, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant featuring stone-baked pizzas and tacos. Golfers can also take advantage of two world-class golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, located nearby.
