Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa Carmen located on the hillside in Vitet and very close to the Guanahani Hotel. Carmen is nestled among the tropical garden offering privacy for the villa but just behind the tropical garden is a beautiful view of the ocean.

Vitet is a great location for peace and tranquillity yet it is only a short drive to St Jean, Gustavia and other lively parts of the island. Carmen’s central focal point is the gorgeous pool that has lounge chairs surrounding it and many seating areas for everyone to sit back and spend quality time together.

The villa has a great open plan style living area with the seating and dining area covered but yet it is facing out towards the stunning view. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Our concierge is included in the rate and would be delighted to organise a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost.

The beauty of St Barts is that anything is possible. Our past guests have had yoga classes, spa massage, photo shoots etc at their villa so please ask if you think of anything you would like and we will do our best to make it happen. Our concierge has all the best contacts on the island and would be delighted to help you have the perfect trip with your family and friends.

Villa Carmen has 3 ensuite bedrooms that are all fully air conditioned. The second and third bedroom are connected to each other. The first bedroom which is the villas master bedroom opens up onto the beautiful pool and has a queen size bed. This bedroom has a beautiful turquoise décor that resembles the Caribbean Sea.

The second bedroom decorated in orange tones also offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a lime tone décor which also connects to bedroom two and offers twin size beds and perfect for children or teenagers. Carmen is the perfect option for couples travelling together or a family with children over the age of 5 years.

Our concierge service which is included in the rate you pay is great for booking restaurants, excursions such as fishing trips and boat charters and other activities around the island. A lot of our guests get their villa pre stocked with groceries prior to their arrival so the fridge and press is full when they arrive and they love not having to go grocery shopping during the first few days of their stay.

Villa Carmen comes with daily housekeeping 6 days per week excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
