Carisa is a luxurious one-bedroom villa located only a few steps away from Baie Rouge Beach. The villa combines contemporary styling with Caribbean relaxation. The house consists of remote control Roman shades on the windows which mean once the drapes go up, the breathtaking view of the ocean comes pouring in.

Baie Rouge is one of the most fabulous, intimate, and quiet beaches in St Martin. It is aptly named as a result of the pinkish-colored sand you will find there and you can walk along a large stretch of almost deserted sand. The waters are almost always calm making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. There is also some wonderful bird watching in the area and the view to Anguilla is breathtaking as well as the view of the cliffs protecting the beach on the west. You will also find some really good beach bars here including Gus and Raymond’s. David’s Grotto which is a stunning cliff area is located between Baie Rouge and Nettle Bay.

Carisa consists of a beautiful Gazebo and a heated pool that communicates with the tub portion of the Pool that is heated at 32-35 degrees. Please note that the water is always very warm, but the villa is beachfront, and on a very windy beach, the temperature of the water never remains at this temperature when it’s windy.

This stunning villa is the perfect location to unwind and relax in the tranquil seafront setting. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a separate media room with a 60-inch Plasma TV and top-quality THX audio system both for watching or listening to CDs. Bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower heads, Popup plasma TVs, and separate DVD players.
