This lovely St Barths villa rental is located in Anse de Lézards but is a short stroll (280 meters) to Anse de Cayes beach. This beach is favoured by surfers due to the usual onshore breeze. It is also adjacent to the Hotel Manapany which has a bar, restaurant and spa.

The villa is a short drive to the capital Gustavia (2km). Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere. In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder.


On shore the streets are steep and narrow and full of character. There is often a lively buzz around many of the bars and restaurants particularly along the boardwalk. The streets are lined with serious fashion names such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes as well as some beautiful boutiques and designers that are unique to St Barths.


An expansive stone covered terrace features outdoor living and dining areas perfect for breakfast by day and sipping cocktails watching the sun set by night. The terrace melds into a spacious front are that meanders down to a bluff overlooking the water, and a striking swimming pool, set in beautiful stonework and sparkling in the sun.

The villa offers cool casual décor with pretty shades of Caribbean blues and greens. Delightful sea breezes come in from the ocean by day. The villa also features a well-equipped kitchen with an island bar that opens up to airy living and dining spaces. The dining area has seating for eight and there is a guest bath as well as a den with a sofa bed (sleeps 1) that makes for a cozy hideaway to watch the plasma TV.
