KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: Air-conditioned. spacious gourmet kitchen, gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice machine, extra fridge and freezer, dishwasher, hood, wine cellar, juicer, electric kettle, coffee & Nespresso machines, toaster, mixer. Large wooden table located on the covered terrace. Another one next to it on the back with access to the kitchen.
MEZZANINE: On the upper level of the living room. Air-conditioned area with loungers, HD-TV, Dish Network, and Apple TV.
OFFICE: Next to the living room, there is an air-conditioned room that can be useful for private calls or video conferences.
POOL AND TERRACE: Large deck terrace around the heated swimming pool with stairs, several sun beds with parasol, and outdoor sound system.
FITNESS ROOM: Located in the main house. Air-conditioned fitness room: Treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, reclining stationary cycle, free weights, yoga ball and mat, beach tennis rackets, HDTV, sound system, mini refrigerator.
