This incredible 3 bedroom property offers an ideal location with breath-taking marina views, where you can watch the boats cruise by and enjoy a spectacular sunset with family and friends. The Anse Cochon beach which is just a 15 minute water taxi ride away is complimentary for guests. The beach here is pristine and offers a wonderful place to sunbathe under the Caribbean sunshine or to take a dip in the calm Caribbean waters. The wonderful shallow reefs of Anse Cochon make it an oasis for swimming and underwater exploration where it is common to view turtles, squid and octopus in their natural habitat. Located within the Ti Kaye Village, the beach offers direct access to the resort's facilities and restaurant.

The villa has over 295 square meters of living space with wonderful open plan fully air-conditioned living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for guests to enjoy. If you don’t feel like cooking we can arrange a private chef to come to the villa and prepare a delicious meal or why not enjoy the wonderful cuisine onsite in the restaurants.

This luxury St Lucia Villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 people comfortably; you will find a stunning master suite with king bedroom, the second bedroom also has a king bedrooms while the third is a twin room with two queen beds. Additional guests can be accommodated on request. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
