Can Totxa is a traditional Spanish finca but sensitively restored to retain all its natural charm while providing 21st-century luxury. This large, spacious Villa has vast gardens and grounds, the focal point of which is a glorious swimming pool. Beyond the pool is an all-weather tennis court. The entire estate is surrounded by mature oak and palm trees with a dramatic mountain range in the distance.

If you want a memorable Mediterranean vacation, this is the home base for you and your group. Can Totxa's interior is a masterclass in neutral shades, natural wood, and stone. The Villa is air-conditioned throughout, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, with large glass doors that open onto the terrace and gardens. The living and dining spaces are open-plan, creating a lovely airy atmosphere.

There's a fun games room for younger guests with a TV with UK channels, a DVD player, and games. The terrace has a gas-fired barbecue grill, dining, and table tennis.

Each of the four bedrooms has a bathroom and enjoys lovely countryside views. The terrace is spacious with sun loungers, a large dining space that comfortably accommodates all the guests, and restful spaces to sit quietly with a book and a chilled drink.

In ten minutes, you and your fellow guests can drive to the gorgeous Port de Pollenca, a celebrated resort town on Spain's northeastern coastline. Several beaches are a short drive away, and some lovely historic cobble-stoned villages and towns.

Bedroom 1: is located on the ground floor. It was easy access to the gardens. The room has a super king bed but can be configured as a twin room. The ensuite is spacious.
Bedroom 2: is located on the upper floor. This large bedroom has a king bed and a private terrace. A lovely place to enjoy the glorious views across the pool and tennis court. This master suite has a large ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: is located on the upper floor. This large room has a king bed and a pretty Juliet balcony. This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom.
