The main villa provides three spacious king-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two single bedrooms, also with en-suites, ensuring ample comfort and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, featuring a dishwasher, double refrigerators, oven, and microwave. The villa also includes high-speed internet, a smart TV, a flat-screen with satellite channels, a Bluetooth music box, and a generous laundry room with a washer, iron, and ironing board. The garden cottage offers an additional king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bath, air conditioning, a two-burner stove, refrigerator, and high-speed internet, making it a delightful, self-contained space within the estate.

Outdoors, the villa’s amenities are designed for pure relaxation and enjoyment. The mosaic-finished private swimming pool, complete with integrated steps and optional heating, is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and shaded seating under a pergola. Nearby, a spacious pergola dining area with seating for 12 is the perfect gathering spot for al fresco meals. At the same time, a breakfast table for eight sits conveniently outside the main kitchen for a sunny morning start. Additional thoughtful touches include a barbecue, brazier, cozy cocktail table for two, and a charming sitting area shaded by a pergola that overlooks the lush garden.

NOTES:
• Minimum stay in peak season: 1 week (except for last minutes) from Saturday to Saturday.
• Minimum stay and daily prices on request for other seasons.
• Transfer policy: Only transfers arranged through the Concierge Team can access the estate.
• We strongly suggest all our guests have rental vehicles to move inside and outside Tenuta di Murlo. Sports and low-height cars are unsuitable for the white gravel roads of Tenuta di Murlo.
• The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas. We cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
• It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate.
• Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8 p.m. should be communicated in advance, and you will be charged a fee of 150 euros. In any case, we cannot provide a check-in after midnight.
• Check-out is by 10:00 am.

INCLUDED IN THE RATE:

• All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
• Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
• Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies outside of hours.
• Maid Service is provided six days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, for Caminata. The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are servicing simultaneously. Maid service includes cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick kitchen cleaning. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service is available on request at an extra charge.
• Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
• Pool heating is not included, and the price is based on consumption if requested. Pool heating is unavailable from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
• Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for two consecutive weeks or more.
• Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
• Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time before reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
• 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
• Final cleaning.
• A welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service is available on request at an extra cost.
• Soaps, shampoos, body lotion, and shower caps in every bathroom.
• Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
• Toilet paper, kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that the garbage will be serviced by our staff during maid service).
