Villa Callisto is a stunning ocean view villa in St Martin in the Caribbean. This tropical villa is located on the rolling landscape of the island, specifically in the gated community of Les Terres Basses. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and can be rented as a 2-bedroom villa on request (not including the festive season). Les Terres Basses is a gated residential community and is made up of luxury villa rentals spaced throughout the west coast corner in St Martin. The community does not have any restaurants or shops, but the nearest grocery store and cafes are a 10-minute drive from here in Puerto Cupecoy Marina. The area is guarded and gated and at night the security guards also drive around the community to ensure that everything is peaceful. The community is there for extremely safe.

The main living areas in Villa Callisto are open plan and blend seamlessly out onto the terrace. This island-style living invites the fresh breezes to float throughout the home. The room has high vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, ceiling fans, and whitewashed walls to keep the interiors cool and lights throughout your stay. The villa is fully airconditioned. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating on the plush sofas that sit opposite the TV. The dining area is on the terrace and seats eight guests comfortably. Enjoy some alfresco dining during your stay here. The kitchen also has additional seating along the breakfast bar, for five guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your stay.

The terrace is where many guests spend most of their time. Enjoy a drink beside the pool in the afternoons or wake up early for a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool. The infinity-edge pool offers a great view of the island. The terrace includes sun loungers and outdoor seating.

LOCATION DETAILS
The Caribbean Island of St Martin is divided into a French and Dutch area. Its natural features include large lagoons, white/golden sand beaches, and salt pans. The island has a vibrant tourist-friendly ambiance and nightlife. The island is dotted with high-end luxury resorts and the most exceptional villas.

Villa Callisto is located on the French side. It is specifically based on a gated community called Les Terres Basses, which has full-time security and a gated entrance. The villas here are very ultra-luxurious and there are three beaches that are all a short drive from the villas – Baie Rouge, Baie Longue, and Plum Bay (which has the best sunsets). It has guards at the gates of the community to get in and out. At night the security guards also drive around the community to ensure that everything is peaceful.

The beaches are all a short 5-10-minute drive from the villa. There are no restaurants or shops within Les Terres Basses. The closest would be in Puerto Cupecoy Marina, where you will find a marina with watersport activities, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream, shops, and a supermarket for groceries. This is less than a ten-minute drive. The area of Maho is also close by – a fifteen-minute drive will lead you to this vibrant and busy area.
