As well as the soft well-maintained sandy beach, lies miles of cycling and jogging trails.
From Santa Monica, it is possible to cycle or jog via a cycleway to Marina Del Rey passing the incredibly electric Venice Beach district along the way. Venice Beach is famous for its Bohemian Spirit, free-spirited lifestyle, street performers, funky shops, stylish boutiques, coffee shops, the skate park and the Muscle Beach outdoor gym. 5-star hotels and great California Vacation Rentals line the whole length of Venice Beach. A couple of blocks inland is the very stylish Abbot Kinney Boulevard, which is the destinations for fashionistas and foodies. Where else would you find a house whose previous residents included such stars as Orson Welles, Rita Hayworth, David Bowie, Barbara Streisand and Frank Sinatra? Orson Welles famously penned Citizen Kane while residing here.
This unique and beautiful property is a perfect hideaway where your group of family or friends can enjoy all of the attractions of Hollywood. The 3,000 square foot house was originally built in 1928 and is styled like a Cape Cod property with heaps of space and beautiful landscaped gardens. Alpine Estate is a magnificent 7-bedroomed villa which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, located close to Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. This vast European-style estate is over 12,000 square feet and offers the ultimate in luxury and immense privacy.
From the moment you arrive at the beautiful hand-carved wooden gates, you know this is somewhere very special. This fabulous home has been classically designed and features exquisite furnishings and décor throughout. Antiques, dark wood floors, high vaulted ceilings with crafted wooden beams, chandeliers and ornate pieces of furniture adorn this breathtaking house.

Edinburgh Exclusive Estate is another beautiful California property, located in the exclusive West Hollywood area of Los Angeles. This beautiful modern 4-bedroomed villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is within walking distance of all the neighbourhood amenities.
Attention to detail is evident throughout this spectacular home. The ground floor of the property is open plan featuring a very spacious and bright living room, large gourmet kitchen and stylish dining corner. Old Greenwood 11243, our luxury four-bedroom, five-bathroom mountain lodge has its location near the shores of North Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
This exquisite two-storey house has an impressive 3,271 square foot of living space and the most incredible views of the forest and fairway. The open plan style of the great room has an inviting living space, chef’s kitchen and dining area that all blend perfectly together, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests.
The four bedrooms are all impeccably furnished and decorated to the highest standards, with subtle lighting, deluxe bedding and neutral tones creating the feeling of luxurious comfort and relaxation.
Old Greenwood 11243 has a furnished deck with a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ Grill for alfresco dining. Guests of Old Greenwood 11243 can also enjoy all the amenities on offer at The Old Greenwood Pavilion, which is just a short walk or bike ride from the house. The Pavilion has swimming pools, a water slide, hot tubs, fitness centre, spa, bar/restaurant and tennis courts. During the ski season, the nearby Norths California Resort offers world-class skiing and snowsports, and guests can enjoy the complimentary shuttle service to the slopes.
GREAT BEAR LODGE 201 LAKE TAHOE
Great Bear Lodge 201, our luxury five-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo has its location in the Village at Northstar, Lake Tahoe. This stunning residence has a slope-side position and can be accessed via a private elevator, perfect for a large group as it can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.
Great Bear Lodge 201 has a great room with living space, chef’s kitchen and dining area. This beautiful condo also has a terrace, which can be accessed from the living area. The terrace has an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, perfect for alfresco dining, as you look out over the skating rink, village and surrounding mountains.
The five bedrooms offer spacious accommodation, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bedroom 2 and 3 have queens size beds, one of which is a canopy style bed, bedroom 4 has two double beds, and all have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 is a spacious bunk room, with twin bunk beds and is close to the half bath, perfect for younger guests.
Guests at Great Bear Lodge 201 have access to The Village Swim and Fitness Centre, that has a swimming pool, kids pool, hot tubs, steam room, fitness centre and a game room.
