Caleb Drive 12427 is a private home and as soon as you enter the open plan great room with a chef’s kitchen, dining area and living area, all beautifully decorated in neutral tones, you will be instantly wowed by the large windows with doors opening onto the patio area. The living area has comfortable seating arranged around the stunning stone fireplace with a gas fire. A flat screen TV for those relaxing evenings after a full day in the beautiful mountains. There are doors leading out to the patio area, which has a hot tub, Gas BBQ Grill and a table with seating for 8 guests, perfect for alfresco dining.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden table and seating for up to 8 guests, with patio doors to easily access the outdoor terrace. The chef’s kitchen is light and airy and beautifully decorated in neutral tones, with plenty of cupboard space, built in Wolfe appliances, including a stove, microwave and dishwasher, everything you need to create hearty meals during your stay. The kitchen also has an island, that offers a breakfast bar on one side with four stools, perfect for enjoying a cocktail whilst the cook is busy in the kitchen! Caleb Drive 12427 has 4 bedrooms, two of which are master suites. One of these master suites is located on the ground floor of the home and has a fireplace, king size canopy style bed, flat screen TV, a small chaise longue and en-suite bathroom, with a large step in glass and tile shower and dual vanity unit. Bedroom 2, the second master suite, has a king size bed, lounging chair and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a modern design with a full sized soaking tub, glass step in shower and dual vanity until. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with step in glass shower and single vanity until. Bedroom 4 has Twin over Double bunk and a twin bunk, perfect for the younger guests.

This spectacular home also has a media room with a TV, DVD, sound system, plenty of comfortable seating and this is where the queen sofa sleeper is located. There is a private terrace that can be accessed from this room via the glass patio doors. It has colourful seating, where guests can enjoy the view over the garden and surrounding woodlands.

One guest bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible.

There is also a private laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guests at Caleb Drive 12427 have access to the Old Greenwood Pavilion, which has a swimming pools, a water slide, hot tubs, fitness center, spa, bar/grille, tennis courts and much more. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to Northstar California in the winter season.
