    Welcome to our villa Cairn St Barts, a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located in petit cul de Sac with incredible views of the ocean. The villa has a stunning modern décor with luxurious furnishings throughout.

    The villa features an expansive terrace with a huge heated pool that everyone will love. Sun loungers surround the pool which is the perfect area to sit back and relax while reading your favourite book or sipping on a refreshing cocktail.

    Villa Cairn has a beautiful living area with a seating area for watching television and has dish network, ceiling fans, sound system and screened windows. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen that includes all the necessities to prepare your gourmet meals.

    If you would rather someone cook for you while on vacation, we would be delighted to arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. The living area has a beautiful wood table where everyone can sit down and enjoy their meals together.

    Villa Cairn has four beautiful bedrooms that are all ensuite with King size beds and have air conditioning. Each of the bedrooms has its own television.

    Villa Cairn includes daily maid service 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays. Our concierge service is included in the rate so we would be delighted to help arrange your trip for you. We can arrange arrival and departure transfers, car rental, grocery stock at your villa, chef service throughout your trip, excursions, restaurant reservations, and much more. Please ask us and we will do our very best to make it happen.

    Villa Cairn has the most gorgeous sunsets and sunrises which you will thoroughly enjoy. The villa is great for families and couples travelling together.

    The villa is located 7.9km from the airport which would be approx. a 20 min drive and it would be 7.4km from the Eden Rock Hotel which is a very popular hotel along with the beach it is located on St-Jean. The beach at Petit cul de sac is only a 2 min drive in the car from the villa. St Barths has many beaches and areas to explore so we do recommend hiring a car while on the island so you can explore each beach and various restaurants.
