Welcome to Caicos Cays Villa, a majestic 5-bedroom waterfront villa, perched upon the Chalk Sound at the southern end of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.

Facing the tranquil waters of the Chalk Sound lagoon, Caicos Cays Villa is a paradise destination to be savoured from the moment you enter its gates. The front of the villa is embellished with manicured gardens of flourishing and vibrant greenery, decorated with seashells, to accompany you as you enter. Tall walls surrounding the property ensure privacy from the outside world, inviting you to be at ease wherever you are within the grounds.

Step out onto the private deck of the villa to the rear - the lagoon is a breathtaking sight, and the terrace is fully furnished so that it may be enjoyed in style and comfort. Soak up the sun on a lounger, sit in the jacuzzi with a cool cocktail, recline on the sofa beside the firepit – the options are endless. If the heat gets too much, take a dip in the infinity-edge swimming pool. It enjoys some of the best views, elevated above ground level to give the illusion of the pool joining with the waters beyond. Exterior lighting makes the prospect of swimming under the stars an offer too good to pass up.

Indoors, the lofty ceilings of the villa lend it a sense of grandeur, with plenty of natural light to create a bright and welcoming environment. The great room of the main villa, containing the kitchen, dining area and lounge, enjoys a modern aesthetic, with clean and minimalist design to enhance the spaciousness it boasts. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and beautifully finished; state-of-the-art appliances and efficient design make preparing delicious meals an effortless task. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge, bathing in the light of the terrace doors, and the dining area with ample seating for everyone to take their place at the table.

The great room also links to the terrace beyond the large glass doors, so that indoor-outdoor living can be enjoyed seamlessly. Should the notion of al fresco dining take hold, the villa obliges with a gorgeously crafted stone dining table; enjoy the mouth-watering flavours of Caribbean cuisine in the comfort of the villa.
Caicos Cays is made up of two separate buildings; the main villa, containing 4 bedrooms and the self-contained guest house with the remaining fifth bedroom. All rooms are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom; all of them enjoy stunning views to boot.

LOCATION DETAILS
Located on the beautiful Chalk Sound to the southwest of the island, fabulous views of the water on both sides are to be seen from Caicos Cays; positioned just above the glittering waters of the Caribbean, the villa overlooks the natural lagoon, shallow in-depth and a beautiful turquoise colour – the calm waters make it the perfect spot to bring a kayak or paddleboard onto the water and marvel at the tranquillity that it brings. To the south, the seemingly endless expanse of ocean stretches for miles, an uninterrupted panorama. It is best enjoyed by accessing one of the many beaches that stretch along Provo’s coast, the closest being Taylor Bay Beach.

Grace Bay, the island capital, is just over 18km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing and take eco-tours of the barrier reef. Smith’s Reef (11.6km) is a popular spot to go snorkelling and view beautiful reefs reasonably close to shore, and the marine wildlife that populates them.

Plenty of restaurants are within a few minutes’ strolls away and are ideal for sampling some amazing cuisine. Due to the relatively small size of Providenciales, many locations are within reach of the villa in a short space of time; while many amenities are within walking distance, a rental car is recommended to explore the island further.
