The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, including a large GE refrigerator, dishwasher, Samsung induction cooktop, Cavavin bar fridge, a Weber BBQ, and various tools to simplify meal and beverage preparation.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Sonos system that provides an immersive indoor and outdoor music experience. Each bedroom features a king-size bed adorned with premium linens, and every bathroom boasts double sinks and indoor/outdoor showers.

The villa's "Glass House" design seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces, with a private pool just steps away. Start your day with a coffee on the rooftop patio, where you can enjoy a stunning sunrise and ocean views.

To enhance your beach experience, the villa has beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, a Bluetooth speaker, and a cooler. A convenient beach path adjacent to the villa or numerous public access points on the island (all Providenciales beaches are public) makes beach outings effortless.

After dark, take advantage of the 'Dark Sky' environment for stargazing or unwind with a movie on the 75” flat-screen television.

For your security and peace of mind, the villa includes gated access, a monitored security system, cameras at entry points (excluding the pool and living areas for your privacy), and a wall safe for storing passports and valuables. Kiteboarders will appreciate the garage available for gear storage, keeping you close to the action.

LOCATION INFORMATION:
• Caicos Breeze Villa is a short 10-minute walk from our doorstep to Long Bay Beach along a private beach path.
• A short 8-minute drive will land you in the heart of Grace Bay for groceries, shopping and dining.
• Providenciales International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
• A rental car is highly recommended.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
• Large pool deck with comfortable seating and lounging areas.
• Covered dining area for relaxed outdoor meals.

• Garage for storage of beach/kiteboarding gear.

SERVICES:
• One mid-week cleaning is included per week stay.

VILLA POLICIES:
• Electricity is metered, and an allowance of $150/week (210 kWh/week of grid use) is given—anything above that will be charged back at the market rate + 12% tax. Ensure all doors are closed if the air conditioning is operating.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No pets.
• Charge for false security alarms is $100.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of two people per bedroom (including children, babies, and infants).
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
