Welcome to our villa Cacao represented by Exceptional Villas, a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Toiny. The villa is built on two levels and offers amazing views of the Toiny Bay. The great room has luxurious furnishings, features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and opens onto the spacious terrace.


The kitchen is fully equipped featuring air conditioning; microwave, espresso machine, blender and icemaker etc. There is a mini bar with 3 chairs which is a lovely area to sit and have a few snacks. The living area offers comfortable furnishings to sit back and relax with a large plasma television that has both Dish network and French satellite.

The fully air-conditioned villa offers two spacious bedrooms are connected to the modern living area. The third bedroom located with outside access has great privacy and the fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor with an independent kitchenette and living area with an outside dining area. The forth bedroom is very much a studio separate to the villa.

The bedrooms feature views of the ocean, ensuite bathrooms and king size beds (6.56 × 6.56) along with apple TVs that also offer Dish and French satellite.

The villa has a great size terrace where you can enjoy some time in the heated pool sipping on your favorite cocktail. You can spend a lot of the time on the terrace with family and friends and listening to the waves crashing up against the rocks of Toiny Bay. The view from the terrace is only spectacular and it is where everyone wants to be while staying at the villa.

The closest beach to villa Cacao would be Toiny beach however this beach is on the wild coast and would not be recommended for swimming as it would have very strong currents. It is a great beach for strong and experienced surfers. Petit cul de Sac would be the closest beach recommended for families who like to snorkel and swim. It has a great coral reef to explore.

One of my favourite beaches Saline is only 5km from the villa and has the most gorgeous turquoise water and sandy beach. A lot of clients love to visit this beach while staying at villa Cacao.

The airport is 15 min drive away and Gustavia – the capital of St Barths is only 20 min drive from the villa. Gustavia have lots of shopping and great restaurants to choose from and is a great area to explore while on the island.


The villa offers housekeeping service every day except Sundays and public holidays. The villa also has pool maintenance and a gardener. The villa have beach towels at the villa also.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has a wonderful ocean view with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is connected to the living area.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom is also connected to the living room and also has an ocean view with a terrace featuring king size bed along with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom has an ocean view with a terrace and features a king size bed and ensuite bedroom. You access this bedroom by the terrace and it doesn’t have access from the main villa.

Bedroom 4
This king size bedroom is located in a studio under the villa on the lower level. It has its own kitchenette and living space so is very much independent to the rest of the villa. It has an ensuite bathroom and an ocean view.
