This elegant two-level home stands on .7 acres of tropical garden and beachfront with a living space of 7,500 square feet. The rooms are enormous and the house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, therefore making it ideal for large groups of extended family or friends. The décor at Cabuya is a delightful mix of bright and modern, perfectly combining simplicity with luxury, culminating in unparalleled comfort. Cabuya was built with the purpose of embracing the island's way of life, providing luxury and relaxation both indoors and out.

Cabuya is a perfect home for entertaining and since your villa rental includes the services of a housekeeper and a Villa Host, you will have plenty of assistance in hosting your guests. The open-plan living concept blends inside with the outside seamlessly. Floor-to-ceiling glass paneling, sliding glass doors and high ceilings provide airy bright spaciousness and all eyes can be drawn to the breathtaking views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters and the protected wildlife preserve across the bay. The main living area inside is furnished with comfy oversized couches where your guests can relax together enjoying each other’s company, or they can step outside and enjoy the warmth of the sunshine in the thoughtfully placed seating on the patio. Communal spaces with seating is everywhere to be found at Cabuya, giving your guests the option of time together in smaller groups, or for quiet time alone.

Mealtimes will always be a pleasure at Cabuya, both for the aspiring cooks in your group as well as the diners. The chic and well-equipped gourmet kitchen affords plenty of counter space for food preparation with casual dining options at the center island with seating for 4 and at the round dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen leads out to a more formal Al Fresco shaded dining area where your guests will enjoy beautiful sea views as they dine. After dinner, what better place to relax and watch the sunset than around the fire pit with a cocktail, listening to music piped through outdoor speakers. A large wraparound couch provides comfortable seating under a swaying palm tree. For special occasions, you might like the idea of setting up a dining table down on the beach, right next to the shore. Your Villa Host and housekeeper will be happy to arrange this for you.

All of the six bedrooms at Cabuya are bright, spacious, and elegantly furnished with an emphasis on relaxation. There are two master bedrooms and both boast breathtaking ocean views. Four bedrooms have king beds, one has a king which can be converted to two twins and one bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds. The king bedroom which can be converted to a twin is situated in a standalone guesthouse in the garden which is an ideal option for a couple who may wish to have a little extra privacy, or perhaps for two older children who prefer to be a bit away from the grown-ups. All bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms.

There is no shortage of entertainment at Cabuya, both inside and out. Your more active guests will enjoy working out in the well-equipped gym or partaking in non-motorized watersports from the private dock. The nearby mangroves provide excellent opportunities for kayaking where birds and various forms of aquatic life have made their home. Sun Loungers located on a deck beside the heated swimming pool provide a superb spot to soak up the sun's rays followed by a dip to cool off. The indoor media room is furnished with huge sofas armchairs and a flat-screen TV, where your guests can enjoy a classic movie together after their day in the sunshine.
