This lavish Palladian villa was originally built in the latter of the 16th century by the Marcello family. It has since been renovated and refurbished to reflect this rich history blended with a rustic, elegant twist. The property is enclosed and secured, providing security and endless seclusion from the outside world. Let your worries melt away as you indulge in this beautiful location, bursting with natural, historical and gastronomical features. The villa is a beautiful reflection of renaissance architecture designed using the Palladian style. The main villa is central to the property and is flanked on both sides by arcaded wings framing the quaint Italian style garden with a fountain, Greek mythical statues, and laced in colorful flowers.

Ca Marcello is surrounded by lush private gardens with flowers and vivacious plants. Hidden away from the outside would you will find the silk-like waters of the private swimming pool surrounded by oleanders, roses, and hydrangeas. Slip into the pool for a refreshing swim in the mornings as the sun rises over the villa. The swimming pool is 9x6 m in length and 1,60 m depth. The pool is open from May 1st through October 1st, for your exclusive use only. As you explore the gardens during the day you can relax on the lounge chairs or snooze under the patchwork of shade cast by the long rows of hornbeams, lime trees, and oak trees. In the evenings you can sizzle up a delicious meal on the barbecue. The hidden gazebo offers you a large wooden table seating ten guests. Dine under the bold pink sky and as it fades to a midnight blue, enjoy your meal surrounded by your loved ones. A dressing room in the garden holds extra towels for the pool, extra chairs, and a small refrigerator.

There is a park that surrounds the villa and it expands over 70.000 m2 in total. The park is fully fenced, providing you with a sense of security and seclusion. Along this captivating trail, you will find a lovely dovecote, a chapel and a large fishpond with running water. A short walk will also lead you to a riding stable near the property, perfect for beginners or professionals.

Making your way into your lavish villa you will discover the main entrance. The marble staircase will lead you gracefully up to the first and second floors. The main living areas, bedrooms, and bathroom are all laced with fresh flowers and look out over the lavish gardens. The interior surface covers 400 m2 in total. The interiors hold incredible, preserved pieces of furniture and artwork dating back to the 16th century. Parts of the walls have original marble plaster surface. The bedrooms are fitted with parquet floor, while the bathrooms are furnished with hand-painted Vietri tiles.

The first floor is where you will find the master suite. The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom, lounge area, writing desk, and wardrobe. The room is located along the left side of the landing. The high-rise ceiling, exposed beams, and large windows open up the space and flood the room with light and warmth. On the right side of the landing, a hallway leads you into a large dining room seating eight of your guests and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms encompass an open plan layout and offer a plethora of views over the lush gardens. The room leads into the main living area that offers a central entertainment area for everyone to relax in. The large plush sofa and armchairs sit opposite the six large windows. There is an open bar of spirits and liqueurs as well as technological equipment including a TV, stereo CD, and DVD player.

Along the second floor, you will discover another three bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature queen-sized beds, closet space, and writing desks. One of the bedrooms offers a walk-in closet with a private en-suite bathroom. The twin room and second queen bedroom share a bathroom on this floor which is reached through the sitting room. There is a second living area based on the second floors. The panoramic views are captivating as they overlook the main Italian style garden and the villa's facade. the sitting room includes a CD player, plush sofa and writing desk.

The Villa has a total of four luxurious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room is fitted with independent Air-conditioning that includes climate control. The rooms are supplied with fresh linens and towels that are changed weekly.
