The Villa is embedded in an area of lush tropical lands. The garden is laced with vivacious vegetation and boasts a colourful array of Caribbean fauna. Allow your eye to soak in the exquisite views of the crystallized waters as you enjoy a meal on the private covered terrace or while sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers under the cool shade from the parasols. The clear blue pool is ideal for a refreshing morning swim or a leisurely couple of laps to keep you active during your stay. The welcoming sweet-smelling breezes float around the villa and through the French doors that span the entire living, dining room & kitchen at Brise De Mer.

Delving into finer details of this luxurious home, the villa uses an open-concept living space that is very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are flooded with light and warmth as well as having the most beautiful views of the surrounding tropical lands and the alluring the Caribbean Sea. Here you will also locate the private balcony with picturesque views of the famous Pigeon Island National Landmark, the beautiful Anse Du Cap beach seen from the villa is a short distance away, just waiting for you to visit. You can sit out and enjoy an evening meal as you watch the sun setting upon this private paradise. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to try out some tasty dishes.

The bedrooms in this property follow a minimalistic and comfortable approach. The Master Suite along with two other bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master suite is one of these bedrooms and has an abundance of luxurious features. The large king-sized bed is lavish with soft lines. There is a fitted private en-suite bathroom and a private balcony to soak in the views from the seclusion of your own room. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed with direct access to its own private balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom can be converted into a king-sized bed if desired before your arrival.

The fourth bedroom is in the semidetached apartment that can be accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa. This is a very private space full of all the amenities you will need. It is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and with large living and dining areas for you to enjoy. This apartment also has its own private bar and patio area.

Brise De Mer is the perfect location for you and your loved ones to spend time in. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests over its four luxurious bedrooms. Not only does this location provides you with your own private haven, but it is also a short fifteen-minute walk from two sugar-fine sandy beaches and the local towns.

Villa Brise De Mer is embedded in the most prestigious residential area of St. Lucia, in Saline Point. This Villa is nestled into the side of a gently sloping hill and looks out over the Caribbean Sea and over towards Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay, and the majestic Pitons. Saline point sits in the exclusive Cap Estate community sitting on a ridge above the stunning coast of St Lucia. This location is perfect being situated close to vibrant towns and cities. Cap Estate was once a thriving 1500-acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St Lucia. Nowadays it is the islands most exclusive area to stay in. The views overlooking the incredible Heritage site of the Pitons, the beautiful marina at Rodney Bay, the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Island will captivate you into a state of pure tranquillity.

The Hewanorra International Airport in St Lucia has located 70 km from Brise De Mer which equates to an hour and forty-minute drive. George F.L. Charles Airport is a shorter distance of 14km, making it a short thirty minutes’ drive from your doorstep.

Brise De Mer is located only a minutes’ drive from the nearest beach, Cariblue on the Caribbean Sea. You can walk along with the sugar-fine sandy beach or simply sunbathe under the suns warmth as the turquoise waters glisten and wait for you to take a refreshing swim. There are also another two beautiful beaches both a short five minutes drive away. Cas-en-Bas is on the Atlantic side and offers kite-surfing and leisurely horse riding along the shoreline. Smugglers Cove is based along the Caribbean side and offers a more romantic and secluded setting.

A short five-minute drive and you will find the bustling tourist area of Rodney Bay. Here guests can indulge in the many restaurants, hotels and night spots. Here you will also find duty free shopping such as Nine West, Hugo Boss and Mac, a Casino, Marina and Coffee culture, Local Fishing boats. St Lucia’s only Championship golf course is a mere three-minute drive from your doorstep. It is a great challenge with fantastic views.

There are many fine dining options that are at your fingertips, ranging from high-end restaurants to inexpensive local cafes and quaint establishments. There is an incredible option to combine an exotic boat trip if you are staying in the north of St Lucia. This trip takes you from one end of the island to the other. You can spend time diving and snorkelling and the boat will stop for lunch at one of the restaurants on the way. You can choose from many different types of restaurants. Most of the restaurants are in and around Rodney Bay. In Rodney Bay, you can choose from International, Italian, Chinese, Indian restaurants. There is also a French Restaurant, a steak restaurant, and several seafood restaurants. If you prefer a beach setting for dinner, then Spinnakers is the best beach restaurant. You can sit and watch the sunset and relax while you enjoy your drinks. Most of the restaurants have a bar area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a local beer or try out one of the many cocktails.
