Breezy villa is a great choice for families. It is located on Long Bay and as the name suggests offers great views and wonderful sea breezes. It can get very hot in the Caribbean at times and I love the fact that there is a constant sea breeze at the villa. On my last visit to this home I was very impressed. Guests can access the water below via the private dock and you have complimentary kayaks to use which kids will love.
Description
Welcome to Breezy Villa, a luxury 4-bedroom oceanfront villa rental located in Long Bay, Providenciales. This villa boasts incredible ocean views and has its own private pool where you can relax and unwind. The villa is conveniently located close to the Leeward Marina, and you are just a 5-10 minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach. Grace Bay is one of the most popular areas of Provo, and it is here where you will find wonderful restaurants, shops, and of course, the powdery white sandy beach.
Breezy Villa is an Ocean Front Villa situated on the south shore of the island is offers spectacular views of the turquoise ocean. As the name suggests, Breezy Villa offers guests cooling trade winds year-round. The pool deck is one of the nicest parts of the house and is elegantly furnished, along with lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a BBQ.
The outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying cocktails before dinner, an alfresco BBQ, or just relaxing and admiring the views. Steps lead from the pool area directly down to the sea below. Guests can snorkel, swim, or kayak in the calm, crystal-blue Caribbean waters. On a calm day, you can enjoy kayaking over to Long Bay Beach.
Inside, the villa is beautifully furnished and comes with a large living room and an entertainment center that hosts a Plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books, and a stereo. The villa's gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. One can dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch.
The villa has three bedrooms in the main house and one in the guest cottage. It can be rented as a three or four-bedroom property. The well-appointed bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to incredible ocean views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Villa. The Villa exceeding our expectations it was amazing! The newly renovated kitchen and the new BBQ area outside was a great bonus! The location is perfect and allowed us to do different outings on the island, everything is never very far in Turks and Caicos! Thank you again to you and Sinead for helping me with our vacation planning I will definitely use Exceptional Villa again!
Great Villa
Great villa for vacation we will be back!!! Breezy Villa was a great vacation it had everything we needed and a short drive to the grocery store and beaches. We had a breezy everyday which is very nice if you are in the sun but don't forget your sunscreen or you can burn very easy with out even knowing it. The pool was a little cool in the morning, by afternoon it warmed up. I would recommend this villa if you want to be close to everything and still have some privacy. I also want to mention the property management team was great it is important to have that when you are away they helped us with anything we needed.
