This six-bedroom villa is perched on a breezy hill on Las Lomas, the newest neighbourhood in Casa de Campo. The villa sits on hole 8th of Dye Fore course offering great views of the Caribbean Sea. As you step out onto the warm terrace on the ground floor, you can slip into the refreshing waters of the large swimming pool for a mornings swim. Let your worries float away as you set into holiday mode. After your swim, you can rinse off under the alfresco shower, and then soak up the sun’s radiance on the comfortable sun loungers. If you get too warm you can always find comfort in the cool shade provided by the private gazebo. The gazebo comes with a dining area, kitchenette, and bar that overlooks the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Here you can enjoy some alfresco dining as you indulge in a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. The terrace also has secluded lounging areas, perfect to sit in the peaceful atmosphere and read your favourite novel. Listen to the breeze as it rustles through the tropical trees as you sway in the soothing hammocks that are nestled in the landscaped gardens.

Breezy Hills offers you the ideal location as it is within proximity to the resort's exclusive Minitas Beach. You can spend a day out on the powdery white sands and sunbathe if you wish or dive into the crystal-clear blue waters for a swim. Rent out a golf cart and explore the surrounding area. You could visit the golf club, the famous Teeth of the Dog Golf Course, tennis centre, spa treatment centre, fitness centre, the a la carte restaurants, Altos de Chavon (artist village) or the Casa de Campo Marina.

After a day full of adventures, you can return to your villa and spark up the barbeque. While your sizzling meal is cooking you can mix up some ice-cold tangy cocktails from the bar and sit out on the terrace as the sun sets and gold streaks dance across the pool. Tuck into your delicious hot meal full of smoky flavours and then sip on your cold drink. As the evening sky lights up with stars you can slip into the light bubbly waters of the private jacuzzi and wind down after a day full of new experiences and island-style living.

Breezy Hills is designed using an open style architecture which is perfect for large families and groups. The living areas are located off the main terrace and are flooded with light due to the large two-story windows. The room is pristine with whitewashed walls and elegant marbleized tiles that make the room shine. The ambience is very tranquil as the indoor and outdoor rooms blend together seamlessly. The room is fitted with plush sofas and high-rise ceilings. The colourful cushions and the tropical potted plants splash the living area with colours and warmth. The room overall creates an ideal spot for socializing with a serene and laid-back atmosphere as you look out over the glistening waters of the pool.

The main indoor dining area seats up to twelve guests and is located to the back of the living room along with the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features Viking appliances such as a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. It also includes a wine cellar. The villa also has an additional studio/TV room and includes an HD TV, full bathroom, outdoor shower and a sofa bed that can be used as a 7th bedroom if needed.

This two-story villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private en-suite bathroom and three with an optional outdoor shower. Three of the bedrooms also offer high-resolution televisions. There are two master suite bedrooms in the villa both with luxurious king-sized beds. There is also a queen-sized bedroom and the three remaining bedrooms are fitted with comfortable full beds.
