The land, resembling a precious teardrop pearl, has been gracefully integrated into the architecture. The house gracefully follows the contours, consisting of two interconnected buildings. The first structure houses a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy sitting area, and a spacious dining veranda. Additionally, it boasts two out of the four exquisite bedrooms and a state-of-the-art media room.

Just a few steps away, the second building awaits, seamlessly connected to its counterpart. Within its walls lies the luxurious master suite, accompanied by an adjoining twin suite. As you step onto the white colonnaded veranda, the meticulous attention to detail becomes evident. The Boundary House is a tropical sanctuary of its own, but it is also in prime location for lovely local beaches, great bars and restaurants, bespoke bike rides, the UNESCO World Heritage site, Galle Fort and a hive of other activities. The villa is a ten minute tuk-tuk from Galle and a five minute tuk-tuk from the beach.
