Welcome to Boscalma, a charming 7-bedroom villa located in the Maremma region of Southern Tuscany.
Boscalma is a soulful retreat where the pace of life gently unwinds. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and the wild beauty of the countryside, this seven-bedroom estate is designed for those who appreciate the quieter luxuries—space, privacy, and a deep connection to nature. Here, time is measured by the sun’s path across the sky and the scent of rosemary drifting on the breeze.
The estate blends classic Tuscan architecture with understated elegance. The main villa and separate guest house each offer king-size bedrooms with garden access and en-suite bathrooms, inviting rest and retreat. Inside, the living spaces are thoughtfully designed: a grand stone fireplace anchors the main room, textured fabrics and natural tones create warmth, and large windows draw in the surrounding landscape. The open-plan layout flows from a cozy sitting area to a chef’s kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and perfect for slow, communal meals inspired by local flavors.
Outside, Boscalma offers a seamless extension of the indoor serenity. The private pool, with its gentle waterfall, is bordered by a lounge terrace and dining area ideal for al fresco gatherings. Manicured gardens bloom with traditional Tuscan flora, and a working vegetable patch and chicken coop add a farm-to-table rhythm to each day. Guests can enjoy fresh eggs in the morning, harvest produce in the afternoon, and spend the evening savoring handmade pizzas straight from the rustic oven, complete with the option of a private pizzaiolo.
Wellness is woven into the experience here: a private sauna and relaxation area provide a haven of calm, while a covered gym invites active mornings before exploring the nearby medieval town of Capalbio. Known as Tuscany’s “Little Athens,” Capalbio brims with charm, history, and cultural allure. A short drive takes you to the sparkling coast, the surreal Tarot Garden, or the peaceful WWF Lake Burano Reserve.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and direct access to the garden; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers and toiletries.

The main villa's central A/C is independently controlled. The Guest house has fan coil units (heat and cold), unlimited Wi-Fi, smart satellite TVs with streaming apps, a fireplace, and a dishwasher. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, an ice machine, a Nespresso coffeemaker, hairdryers, a sauna, a covered wellness area, a pizza oven, a private swimming pool (18 x 7 m x max 2.5 m), a 10-car private parking space, and an electronic gate.

• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location). This tax may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. It is payable locally in Euro cash.
