Welcome to Bora Bora Upper – a beautiful 2-bedroom holiday apartment, located directly on the gorgeous Paynes Bay Beach. This enchanting first-floor villa is located right on the beachfront with private access to the beach.

The covered Terrace is a beautiful sitting area that is ideal for relaxing, reading a book, enjoying the incredible views, or chatting with friends or family. It is also the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or the incredible sunsets which are so often a feature in Barbados.

Guests can enjoy easy access to a variety of water sports, from jet skis to glass-bottom boats. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the nearest shopping center is a 5-minute drive away in Holetown. The well-known Sandy Lane Hotel is also only a short stroll from your villa.

This bright and airy first-floor apartment which has been recently refurbished is tastefully decorated featuring cool tropical colors throughout the villa. The fan-cooled open-plan living and dining room area opens into a covered terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. The kitchen inside the luxury villa is well equipped and the villa has a small barbecue that is available for guest use.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned- the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a king and are adjacent to the other bathroom.
