Welcome to Bolsena a wonderful 400 year old traditional farmhouse right in the heart of Umbria. This villa has been recently restored, transforming it to a very comfortable home with a luxury finish. There is a great mix of old Tuscan charm with a modern style twist running through it. The property is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves a plenty.

The entrance leads into a sitting room area which boasts a grand fireplace and some extremely comfortable couches. There is a colour theme of beige that runs through the house and this is complemented by the soft furnishings, burnt floor tiles and minimal art that adorn the walls.

An open archway will take you to the large fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances to cook up a storm. Just off here is the dining room area where all the day’s activities will be talked about. The most noticeable part of this room is the two large windows that give you a clear view of the pool area and countryside beyond. Just outside of here there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, and both has direct access to the garden, both has double beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The first floor comprises of a twin bedroom that convertible to double if necessary and also come with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Close by is a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the second floor (Tower Area) has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower with wooden floors. All these rooms are air conditioned.

As well as the al fresco dining area you also have a wonderful pool area complete with sun loungers and a little house that features a summer kitchen and Bathroom with shower. The Villa is a 5 minute drive from Porano which is a cute hilltop hamlet with bar, shops and restaurants. The nearest town is Orvieto which is 6km away. In the same area you have the Bolsena lake which is about 30 minutes’ drive. Civita Bagnoregio 12 km, Montepulicano 70 km, Perugia 80 km, Rome Airport 120 km
