Bluffs 5 stretches over 11,550 sq. ft. of interior space, ensuring there ample living space for you and your guests. The property features a media room which is ideal for relaxing after a hectic day of exploring the wonderful resort and the island. A fitness room is perfect for guests looking to keep active during their stay. For extra motivation, our Concierge will be happy to organise a Yoga or Pilates Instructor or Personal Trainer.

A beautiful, spacious and bright living area makes the most of its open-plan layout. Rustic floor tiles, muted tones and a muted colour palette allow a continuity and flow between here and the rest of the home. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring all modern amenities and a formal dining area for up to 16 guests. For evenings you do not feel like cooking, we can happily arrange for a Private Chef to come to the property and to prepare and cook a delicious island-inspired meal for you and your guests – a real treat, especially for memorable celebrations.

The main living area opens directly out to the lanai and is an extension of this space, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Alfresco dining is a must and barbeque facilities feature and include a Wolf Outdoor Kitchen grill, warming drawers and refrigerator.

There are five bedrooms at Bluffs 5, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning and television. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cozy lounge area, beautiful bathroom with dual vanity and access to a private patio with outdoor shower and gorgeous hot-tub – ideal for a romantic twilight dip. The second bedroom also features its own private terrace with hot tub. The third bedroom features 2 queen-sized bed, the fourth has one queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom features a king-sized bed. The accommodation makes this villa ideal for a group of family and friends or wedding guests and the bedrooms offer space and privacy for when you need a moment away from the rest of the group!

Bluffs 5 features something for all ages and there is also a billiard table, bar and children’s room.

Stunning ocean views and tall trees set the scene for a tranquil stay and the incredible private terrace ensures guests can relax and unwind in peace and privacy. A large infinity pool encourages a refreshing dip and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for guests looking to catch some Hawaii rays. There are three hot-tubs at the property and outdoor showers also feature.

Bluffs 5 is conveniently located close to the amenities available at Mauna Kea Resort and the beach is within walking distance. Hapuna Beach and Hapuna Golf Course are also minutes away and more renowned beaches are also nearby.
