The residence is a short stroll from the wonderful amenities available at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and guests will have access to these. There are lots of activities and amenities on-site, including white sand beaches, a plethora of water-sports, tennis courts, golf, restaurants and shopping. There is something to suit all the family! Our elegant bluff side estates open to the tropical air and are excellent examples of indoor-outdoor living. Situated on the bluffs, where you will enjoy the sound of ocean surf.

The main living area of Bluffs 3 exhibits an open plan layout and this space is beautifully bright thanks to the large glass doors that open directly out to the private terrace. Natural materials are used throughout the house and enhance the island feel of the property. Muted tones, high ceilings, designer-selected light fixtures and recessed lighting and a gorgeous hardwood floor in this central area create a warm and luxury space for guests. Large glass sliding pocket doors draw the outside in and make for flawless indoor-outdoor living. A large corner sofa is the ideal spot to relax after a day of adventure! There are laundry facilities also for guests.

The kitchen at Bluffs 3 features all modern amenities and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and granite countertops. For evenings when you would prefer to hang up your apron, we would be happy to assist in organising a Personal Chef to come to your villa to prepare and serve a gourmet meal, or three meals a day, if you wish. Alternatively, our Resort Chef is happy to offer a variety of delicious meals to be delivered to your villa and customized to your family’s preferences and dietary requirements.

A formal dining room features for memorable celebrations and the property also has a home theatre, wet bar and a recreation room for the ‘Ohana to ensure everyone is kept entertained. An office space also features for guests looking to catch up on some work during their stay!

The bedrooms of Bluffs 3 are bright and spacious and are ready to offer a restful night’s sleep. The Master bedroom suite offers direct access to the private lanai. The guest suites feature large private bathrooms and walk-in closets. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans.

The outdoor space at Bluffs 3 is magnificent and boasts incredible views to the Pacific Ocean. A private terrace encourages guests to relax and unwind and take in the warm Hawaii sunshine. Manicured lawns, palm trees and beautiful tropical plants enhance the scene. A private pool and hot tub are ideal for taking a refreshing dip. There is also a garage for two cars.
