This sophisticated 10-bedroom Villa offers spacious and private accommodation for up to 20 lucky guests. Lazy barefoot days lounging by your infinity pool, gazing across the magnificence of the Aegean Sea, are perfectly offset by celebratory dinners beneath the stars.

Blue Pearl Villa has been designed for maximum relaxation and rejuvenation. The interiors are masterclass in soft whites and neutral shades with natural stone and wood features that enhance the property’s elegance. There’s something very traditional about this Villa, but with all the 21st-century add-ons, to make it even more special.

If you and your group are looking for an idyllic location for a special event like a wedding, anniversary, birthday celebration, or perhaps just a reunion, Blue Pearl Villa has been designed with you in mind. There’s a perfect flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Dramatic sea views or access to the pool terrace enhance each space. In addition, private balconies provide quiet spaces to step away and contemplate life, while large social spaces allow guests to mingle and dine.

The terraces are furnished with comfortable and sumptuous furniture. Loungers, poufs, umbrellas, and relaxed seating areas, plus an outdoor TV enhance the pleasure of each day. The exterior spaces enjoy both sun and shade and are the focal point for guests who want to soak up the views and count the stars.

The Villa’s layout is as follows:
The Upper Entrance Level has private parking. In addition, you will find the fully-equipped gym featuring two stationary bicycles, a treadmill, a rowing machine, TRX, dumbbells, a shower, WC, and other fitness accessories.

The Pool/Lower Level has outdoor dining for up to 20 guests. Sunbeds and poufs surround the large 100 sqm infinity pool. There’s a shaded pergola and bar. You will also find your fully-equipped kitchen at this level, with easy access to the outdoor dining areas. There is an outdoor TV. WC and shower are on this level, ideal for pool guests.

There is a dramatic Spa Area built inside the Mykonian rocks. It provides an ice-cold, 5m corridor, a steam room, massage room, jacuzzi, cold barrel shower, and ice fountain.

You can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TVs, Netflix, and Apple TV at Blue Pearl Villa. There’s a terrific surround sound system compatible with IOS/Android. All indoor spaces have air-conditioning too. The property offers wheelchair accessibility around the pool, garden, and most rooms.

Complimentary daily maid service and towel changes ensure your stay is comfortable. In addition, twice weekly, your bed linens will be changed. A daily refuse collection is also another thoughtful service keeping your Villa home fresh and clean.
