Villa Blue Emerald is a stunning 17-bedroomed property. It's designed to capture dramatic views over the coastline. There are two gorgeous freshwater infinity pools and large terraces for guests to hang out. The villa is very private, and there are lovely balcony spaces where guests can find a quiet place to decompress in solitude. A large living room and a modern kitchen give guests all the space and services they might need from a fully self-contained villa home. Overall, the property has a footprint of about 4,500 sqm. Three of the bedrooms in Villa Blue Emerald are allocated to service staff who maintain the Estate.

BLUE PEARL:
The beautiful Villa Blue Pearl is a ten-bedroomed stylish villa property. Guests can enjoy the lovely freshwater infinity pool and dramatic sea views. The natural beauty of the southern shores of Mykonos is laid out in front of you. A large living room and a modern kitchen give guests all the space and services they might need from a fully self-contained villa home. Again, this sumptuous property is designed to maximize privacy for its guests.

BLUE SAPPHIRE:
Heavenly Villa Blue Sapphire is a ten-bedroomed property within walking distance of the nearby beach. The view from your infinity pool terrace across the fabulous beach of Kalo Livadi is breathtaking. A large living room and a modern kitchen give guests all the space and services they might need from a fully self-contained villa home. This generous property has ample space for guests to relax and rejuvenate under the sun or shade.

Each villa is fully air-conditioned. The properties have high-speed WiFi internet and satellite TVs. There's a nearby helipad for guests who want to drop in or depart by helicopter.

The alarm system, automatic lighting, and CCTV systems are all in the 21st Century and add a nice level of supervision to the Estate, but you get to decide how much or little you need in this regard. The surround sound systems, compatible with Android / IOS, mean you can queue your playlists for daytime basking or night-time partying.
