Stunning Beach house
This is one of my favorite beach houses in St Martin - super close to the water and great for families. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 more in a newer building where the bedrooms decor is slightly more modern than the main house. I will always remember the sound of the ocean from this villa- so calming and relaxing.
The villa has a fantastic gazebo which is lovely for having breakfast or lunch while looking out at the beach. This is a great one for families and groups- you can also rent their sister villa Turtle Nest next door if you have a larger group requiring more bedrooms. It really is one of the best beach houses on the island and great value too

Welcome to our Blue Beach villa which is an exquisite and luxurious four bedroom villa located in Terres Basses St. Martin with stunning views of the Ocean at Baie Longue.Blue Beach villa is in a fantastic location directly on the beautiful Baie Longue Beach, this comfortable beach home offers an ideal vacation beachfront base. Its generous pool, expansive deck, covered terrace and inviting gazebo were all designed to take advantage of its fabulous Terres Basses location.
The living room features high ceilings and comfortable and hardwood furnishings along with satellite TV, DVD and a stereo CD system. The living room opens to the large, covered terrace with additional seating and a large dining table. The inviting seafront gazebo offers an additional dining option. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
All four bedrooms of Villa Blue Beach are air-conditioned. Each bedroom is seperate and none of them interconnect. Two bedrooms are located at the main house. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom and the second, smaller bedroom, has a king bed with a bathroom across the hall. A new building at the opposite end of the pool houses two additional bedrooms, one with king bed and private bathroom, the other also has a king bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchenette. Both of these bedrooms have window screens and ceiling fans.

Amazing!
We had an amazing trip and I can't say enough about everyone and the service. We were taken care of in the best way. The property is very unique and we absolutely loved it. A perfect set up for a family with or without kids. Overall a perfect trip to St Martin. A beautiful vacation for my family.
Fabulous Property
Amazing property and everything went great. The concierge service at the villa and before we arrived was much appreciated. We loved the villa- the Gazebo was used a lot throughout our stay...we did find two of the bedrooms a little older than the other two especially the bathrooms but our parents had those rooms and said they were absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the view. Thanks again.

Thanks Julie and Niamh for organising a great vacation for me and my family. It was fantastic and we loved being on the beach for a change. The housekeeper was so lovely and gave us great advise on where to go to eat. The people on the island are so friendly and welcome. The housekeeper told us the house was going under renovation at the end of this year so we will be back to check it out.
