With only six villas in total on this island, it is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the outside world while still being only a short plane ride away from Miami. The villa is fitted with all the necessary amenities and facilities as well as all the comfort and privacy you will need to make your vacation a success. All areas of the villa are fully airconditioned to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The villa also has WIFI throughout, enabling you to keep in touch with family and friends back home and to send them pictures to show off your incredible vacation. The villa is beautifully designed with neutral tones throughout so as not to disturb the natural beauty of the Caribbean. Large windows also allow natural light and also the fresh Caribbean air to enter the villa.

The living space inside the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and well-styled living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories you will need for the duration of your stay. Try your hand at cooking a feast with all the Caribbean flavours for you and your family to enjoy.

Relax and dine in the open plan living and dining area. this space is great for relaxing in the evening with family and friends and is a wonderful space just to spend time together. If you’re looking to escape the mid-day heat, relax and chill out on the sheltered deck area and drift to sleep to the sound of the waves.

The villa features two comfortable and beautifully designed rooms. The first room is the master bedroom, featuring a large King-sized bed. The room is also fitted with an en-suite bathroom and shower. This room has direct private access to the large porch, providing wonderful views. Wake up to the sounds and smells of the ocean and jump straight into the beautiful clear Bahamian waters or the private pool located on the porch. The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and an en-suite also, making for a great room for the kids or teens in the family.

This villa also includes a very useful motorboat fully stocked with gas. Set sail to all the nearby attractions and take in the views of the island.

The villa features a private freshwater pool and an expansive terrace looking out to the crystal sea and alfresco shower. Venture to shore and find water sports equipment such as kayaks, paddle boards, snorkelling equipment and a golf cart to make zipping around just that much more fun. Take advantage of the beautiful blue Bahamian waters and dive in. enjoy water sports with your kids or release your inner child and go for an adventure yourself.

The villa includes a wonderful team of staff that is on-site to care for all your needs during your stay at Birdcage Villa. The resort chef, housekeeping staff and villa host work endlessly to ensure you won’t waste any time tending to live’s little tasks, leaving plenty of time to enjoy life on the island.

If you wish to travel an explore around the Bahamas a bit more, there are many activities and sites to see. Sail towards Thunderball Grotto and experience a location like no other. Famous for its appearance in the James Bond movie, Thunderball Grotto is an unforgettable place. Due to safety reasons, should the cumulative weight of the guests exceed the maximum safety capacity then guests are welcome to hire an additional boat from a local vendor.”
