The property is nestled wonderfully on five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and is also ethically and environmentally conscious. The sunlight powers the energy-efficient led lighting, hot water, and saltwater pools.

The arrival to this villa is special as you are met with an antique French fountain by the main house’s entrance. You can enjoy the breathtaking views from here upon entering the home. The property is in perfect symmetry, showcasing the world-renowned championship golf course, an expansive infinity pool, the Caribbean Sea, surrounding mountains, and a tip of the city of Montego Bay which comes together as a beautiful symphony both night and day.

Completed with wonderfully appointed handmade furniture created by local artisans, the home exudes a wonderful Jamaican charm. Each item is made from mahogany and teak and is locally sourced, giving you an excellent Jamaican feel. All the artwork in the villa was created by some of the island’s artists and juxtaposed against custom linens from the finest mills in Italy to ensure complete comfort within bedrooms and bathrooms. To finish its class and elegance, the Italian marble in each bathroom is sourced from the most reputable Italian marble providers. What more could you wish for?

Guests are housed within the main villa in four en-suite bedrooms, each with a private porch. The games room in Bella Vista Villa offers a bespoke card and pool table that allows additional fun without leaving your villa space.

Unlike other properties, Bella Vista boasts a spectacular wellness center housed in a separate building. This space is also used as a fifth bedroom and will be great for guests looking for additional space and privacy while enjoying a group vacation. This space also features an en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around porch that gazes out onto the magnificent Caribbean Sea views.

The wellness center is located just below the bedroom and is fully equipped with a gym and a plunge pool. This space is perfect for those that wish to stay active or just chill out. The options at Bella Vista are endless. There is also an outdoor shower in the wellness center.

THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

Includes beach, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party. THE TRYALL CLUB:
The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the new Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House. Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy the week’s events, including the Monday Night Manager’s Cocktail Party and the Wednesday and Friday night beach parties and buffets.

Enjoy the historic Great House for daily 4:00 tea and sweets on the hill. Shop at the convenient commissary and chic boutique and meet for happy hour and snacks at the casual bar. Also at the Great House is the new Usain Bolt Games Room, open all day and night for ping pong, pool, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, chess and checkers, board games, comfy reclining chairs, and HDTV.
