Belharra

Welcome to Belharra, a lovely brand new 4-bedroom St Barts villa located overlooking the beautiful beach at Grand Cul De Sac. Villa Belharra is a one-minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes’ walk to Le Barthelemy Hotel and Spa and Le Sereno Hotel, both of which have excellent restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Villa Belharra is also a 2-minute drive to Le Toiny Hotel, which has a beautiful beach restaurant, and just 10 to 15 minutes to both St Jean and the capital Gustavia. The villa has a slightly elevated position ensuring lovely views of the lagoon, beach, and ocean. It is one of the quieter areas in St Barts.

The living room and kitchen area are open plan and open directly onto the terrace and swimming pool via floor to ceiling sliding doors that open right up to take full advantage of a perfect climate for indoor/outdoor living. The deck has a lovely outdoor dining area perfect for alfresco lunches and dinners, and the pool has several super comfortable sunbeds. There is also a large gas barbeque beside the pool perfect for a casual evening at home. At nighttime, the villa has a lovely atmosphere due to the creative use of lighting.

Belharra has four fully air-conditioned bedrooms equal in size and set-up standards, making it a perfect villa for couples wishing to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Three of the bedrooms have sea views, and one has a garden view. The bedroom with the garden view has an interior terrace and jacuzzi. They each have King Beds. It is worth noting that if you require less than four bedrooms, the rate is reduced. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to the main living area, and the other three bedrooms are accessed from outside, making the villa better for families with older children. As a result, we don’t recommend this villa for children under the age of 10.

Bedroom 4: King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen television, hairdryer, safe, en-suite bathroom with vanity, large walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has its location on the lower floor with an interior private terrace and hot tub.
