The villa was designed by the great late Barry Berkus, a much respected architect with a particular eye for modern design, space, light and soaring roof lines. This is plain to see throughout the house, particularly in the main living area known as The Great Room, with its open plan concept and high ceilings. The sprawling Great Room combines a living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining areas and a separate media den.

The huge living room features an oversized couch and extra seating where your guests can gather together in relaxation around a modern built-in gas fireplace. The impressive kitchen area is a haven for aspiring cooks with lots of worktop and counter space, with seating at the breakfast bar for spectators. The main dining area has a table to seat 6 with another table closer to the kitchen which can also seat 6, and yet another dining table in the pavilion outside with seating for 6 more. It’s all about a multitude of choices at Beachview Ellice. The media den occupies a corner in this Great Room with more oversized seating, floor to ceiling windows and a huge flat screen TV. The Great Room pours out to an outdoor lounge & patio area with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean.

The outside areas of Beachview Ellice are equally as impressive, and the inside and outdoor living will be high on the agenda for you and your guests. At the edge of the long infinity swimming pool, a stand-alone pavilion features yet another lounge with a TV and a fireplace. An impressive grilling station with bar and a table for Al Fresco dining ensures you have everything to hand for entertaining outside with the additional bonus of unparalleled Pacific sunsets.
