Beach Villa Tamarind is a fine example of elegant luxury. Swaying palms greet you along the drive to the main entrance with its grand marble steps which lead to a haven of splendor within. The house features a beautiful, bright open-plan high-ceilinged Great Room containing an opulently furnished living area as well as a kitchen and dining space, where the dining table can comfortably seat 12 guests. The delightful kitchen area has a country flair yet is equipped with the most modern of appliances, making it the perfect culinary playground for any foodies and chefs in your group. The living space is furnished with plush, comfortable sofas, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and quirky, ethnic wall decorations. The villa is finished with elegant lines and style and boasts two levels of wraparound arched terraces emblazoned with classic ironwork, providing breathtaking ocean views from each floor.

The property features a stunning coral tiled pool terrace with a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, a covered gazebo with a shaded seating area, and a shaded deck with a BBQ grill. The light color of the coral stone keeps it cool to the feet and the natural texture of this stone provides a perfect non-slip surface. Here you can sip cocktails, dine al fresco, or just lounge in the sun, all while enjoying enchanting views of the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $200 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. There is a separate, easy-to-read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 9 separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Beach Villa Tamarind gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
