This villa is nestled along the islands West Coast near the vibrant Holetown, in St James. Set among beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and a tiptoe away from the luxurious Payne’s Bay Beach, this villa is the perfect location for you to indulge in. The villa can accommodate up to two guests and one infant and provides an abundance of amenities. With total privacy and seclusion, you will also have access to the endless amenities provided by the Beach View hotel.

Ylang Ylang Villas were newly built in 2018 offering the modern and expansive property for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The two-story garden villas are nestled in the most tranquil, peaceful oasis, surrounded by an array of tropical flowers and a beautiful infinity edge pool at the entrance. Walk out onto your private terrace as you breathe in the Caribbean air and enjoy the vivacious views. You can take a short walk to the beach and watch the waves lap lazily on the shore as the sun rises over the turquoise waters. Walk back to your villa and enjoy a delicious breakfast before lounging outside under the warm sun. You can also use the infinity edge pool and swim a few laps or simply relax and listen to the sounds of the tranquil water.

In the evenings you can dine in the local town, Holetown and experience some tantalizing tropical dishes. Return to your secluded villa for some time to unwind as you open a bottle of wine and let the soft breezes skim across your skin on the patio. Watch as the stars light up the nights sky above you, the perfect way to end the perfect day.

The Ylang Ylang Villas are very modern and sophisticated in their design and layout. Enjoy the minimalistic approach to the interiors as the spacious property embraces 1,000 sq. Ft. of serene space. The main living and dining areas blend into one space harmoniously and open onto the terrace on the ground floor. The room is flooded with light and warmth as it looks out over the tropical views. The fully equipped kitchen is located towards the back of the open concept room. Other amenities you may use include the iron and ironing board, washing machine and the dryer. The ground floor includes an additional powder room for guests.

The villa has one luxurious bedroom, featuring its own private en-suite bathroom. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and enjoys its own access to a private patio with incredible Garden Views. The bedroom offers you a lavish King-sized bed while the bathroom also provides a standalone shower. The room is fitted with luxurious linens and provided with fresh towels during your stay. The bedroom is also fully air-conditioned.

LOCATION

Ylang Ylang Beach View Villa is located near the prestigious Payne Bay Beach in Barbados. It is based along the islands West Coast near the vibrant Holetown, in St James. It is a short 4 km or a five-minute drive to Holetown, which is the island’s second largest town. Here you will find an abundance of local and designer shops and delicious restaurants. The villa is a ten-minute walk from some of the top restaurants in Barbados. The Hut café on is a delicious spot to enjoy some freshly cooked breakfast or lunch. It is based on site and is open daily. This bistro style café could not be more convenient.

The Capitol of Bridgetown is also close by based at 8 km, a ten to fifteen-minute drive from your villa. Beach View is located 25 km, just over a thirty-minute drive, to Grantley Adams International Airport.

Payne’s Bay Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados. Waters ere are calm and crystallized, making it safe and accessible to a profusion of fun water sports activities. It is most famous for "Swimming with the Turtles". You can also go snorkeling right off the beach, book a glass bottom boat trip, go jet skiing, water skiing or even indulge in some scuba diving. The luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel can be discovered along Payne’s Bay beach.
