A modern and contemporary villa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation around the property's perimeter and within its landscaped gardens, integrating with its surroundings and affording pleasant aromas and leafy shade to guests in various areas.

Overlooking the ocean is an entirely private infinity-edge pool with a water-heating feature. While perfect for cooling off during the day, the invitation to take a swim under the stars in the cool night air has never been more tempting. Surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and parasols aplenty, the terrace has the potential to become everyone’s favorite gathering area.

Inside, the vast great room, containing the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, best showcases the sheer size of the villa; a lofty white ceiling spans over all three areas, and the entire terrace is accessible through the retractable glass. Using white as a base with touches of wood accents in the furniture around the room, the great room maintains a clean, uncluttered feel, with each area clearly defined.

A glossy wooden dining table with seating for ten sits beside the window and terrace doors, adjacent to the outdoor dining table; al fresco dining is effortless to arrange, with the ambiance of the swaying palms and the fresh sea breeze flavoring the palate. AREA DESCRIPTION:
Located on the eastern end of New Providence, the most populated of the Turks & Caicos Islands, Beach Enclave enjoys pristine beaches and wonderful scenery in all directions; its location lends it security and privacy, as well as offering guests their private stretch of beach to enjoy all to themselves, which is mere minutes away from the villa on foot.

Close to Grace Bay, the island capital, and Grace Bay Beach, touted to be one of the best in the world, some of the finest shops and restaurants in the Caribbean can be found here. There are also plenty of architectural landmarks from past eras for lovers of history.

Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports. It offers various activities: scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, or a guided eco-tour of the barrier reef. Turks and Caicos has the third-largest barrier reef system in the world.

Despite the relatively small size of the island, best traversed with the use of a rental car, visitors are not short of activities to enjoy and sights to see; Smith’s Reef, taking a more westerly position on the island, is a popular spot to go snorkeling and view the beautiful coral reefs, alongside vibrant marine wildlife that populates the reefs.
