The beachfront villa includes large glass retractable doors in its construction, affording panoramic views and blending indoor and outdoor living with panache. A modern and contemporary villa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation around the property's perimeter and within its landscaped gardens, integrating with its surroundings and affording pleasant aromas and leafy shade to guests in various areas. Overlooking the ocean is an entirely private infinity-edge pool with a water heating feature; while perfect for cooling off during the day, the invitation to swim under the stars in the cool night air has never been more tempting. Surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and parasols aplenty, the terrace has the potential to become everyone’s favorite gathering area.

Inside, the vast great room, containing the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, best showcases the sheer size of the villa; a lofty white ceiling spans over all three areas, and the entire terrace is accessible through the retractable glass. Using white as a base with touches of wood accents in the furniture around the room, the great room maintains a clean, uncluttered feel, with each area clearly defined.

A glossy wooden dining table with seating for ten sits beside the window and terrace doors, adjacent to the outdoor dining table; al fresco dining is effortless to arrange, with the ambiance of the swaying palms and the fresh sea breeze flavoring the palate. A center island dominates the fully equipped kitchen, the gleaming white counter doubling as a breakfast bar. State-of-the-art appliances and sleek cabinetry will satisfy even the most discerning of chefs, producing mouth-watering meals with ease and efficiency in the hands of a professional.
