Bajacu translates to mean the rising sun and was designed by the world-famous architect, Marco Aldaco. It is perched along the South shore hilltop with a breathtaking 270-degree view of the ocean and includes its very own private beach. The Villa is based in a private estate and the property includes parking on secure grounds, with a plethora of privacy and tranquillity. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden that bursts with colour and sweet-scented floral fragrances. The vivacious palm-lined gardens lead you to the entrance of the villa. The property stands out with its vibrant amber exteriors against the ocean blue backdrop.

Making your way into the villa you will be greeted by the charming interiors that are laced with modern and Caribbean furnishings. The rooms are light, with high ceilings, and bright with pastel and whitewashed walls. Light floods the villa as the large windows open out and gaze over the captivating ocean views, holding the Caribbean Sea at centre stage. The main living area is perfect for you to relax surrounded by your loved ones as it blends seamlessly out onto the terrace. This open plan room allows the Sea breeze to gently float through the room, and ceiling fans overheat assure a cool, comfortable temperature at all times. The main living area is truly breathtaking, with a high-vaulted ceiling overhead the room is open and airy. The burnt orange walls compliment the rich wooden accents in the room. With plenty of plush seating and access out onto the pool terrace. The interior dining area seats twelve guests in total and enjoys a bright, modern room overlooking the surrounding gardens. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is tinged with bold blue tiles and smooth marble counters.

Walking out onto the terrace your eyes will instantly fall on the crystal-clear waters of the infinity-edge pool and then towards the glistening horizon. The bathrooms are fitted with hairdryers and fresh towels. The bedroom is a spacious, modern room that encompasses an abundance of comforts. The large king-sized or twin beds are plush and set with fresh linens, while the rooms include walk-in closets, plasma screen TV’s and are equipped with air-conditioning throughout. The bedrooms enjoy access to the waterfront balconies and include outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the sun stretch over the island.
