The home is beautifully nestled on the beachfront at Emerald Point in Turks and Caicos. The home has an oceanfront advantage as well as being a short distance from Grace Bay and Leeward Settlement.

Grace Bay Beach has been consistently awarded the coveted title of the World’s best beach by several reputable sources, including the World Travel Awards, Trip Advisor, and The Huffington Post, and for a good reason. It is simply breathtaking, with crystal clear waters and the softest white sands imaginable. There are virtually no rocks or seaweed, and the entire stretch of beach is completely pollution-free. There is a barrier reef located 1.6 kilometers offshore, which protects Grace Bay Beach from any sea swells.
